Not the best
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's OK. I bought it two years ago, which means it lasted longer than my previous HP printer. I used the document feeder today, and I didn't notice until it was done with about 8 pages, that it left rubber tracks on all the originals. It also crunched about a 1/16th" at the center of the leading edge. I don't expect this from HP. On the good side, it did do a beautiful edge to edge print job when I made some custom cards recently. Also, I don't understand, but we've got two computers connected to this printer, and the same file prints differently depending on which computer sends the file.

Very Finicky
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This printer works great... when it works. It's fast and produces very nice quality prints, and the scan function is great (haven't used it as a fax yet). The downside is that I'm using it wirelessly and it frequently refuses to print for no apparent reason. I consider myself pretty self-sufficient for these sorts of issues, but this printer and the supporting software are difficult to use for troubleshooting. Also, the touch screen controls are overly insensitive (you have to mash the little screen to get it to respond). Overall, the functions and features on this printer are great, but after using it for a while, I remain frustrated by how much trouble it is just to get it to work most of the time.
