It's fast and produces very nice quality prints, and the scan function is great (haven't used it as a fax yet). The downside is that I'm using it wirelessly and it frequently refuses to print for no apparent reason. I consider myself pretty self-sufficient for these sorts of issues, but this printer and the supporting software are difficult to use for troubleshooting. Also, the touch screen controls are overly insensitive (you have to mash the little screen to get it to respond). Overall, the functions and features on this printer are great, but after using it for a while, I remain frustrated by how much trouble it is just to get it to work most of the time.

I'm going to exchange it. Also, the ink cartridges for this unit is fairly expensive. Overall, the printer is nice.
