  • Large Paper Weight

It is a large paper weight. It never really worked right from the beginning. I've spent hours with technical support. I received a 00829C98 error last year and I stopped trying to resolve the issue so I went back to my old Canon. I have a new computer now and I cannot get my Canon's drivers to install so I just tried to resurrect my HP Envy Photo 7855. I still have the same error and I cannot get the issue resolved.

My only complaint is the lack of instructions for set up and use of this printer. Even a direct link to online instructions would have been helpful. The machine itself seems suitable but I may or may not be getting everything out of it that it has to offer.
