Got this for my daughter as she’s starting college and I’ve used it a few times for personal use so far it was easy and quick to set up I didn’t need no tutorial video even tho it has the option. When I used I printed from downstairs using the WiFi and by the time I walked upstairs it was done printing (6 pages).

One of the best printers I have ever owned , it scans prints pretty good , the printer syncs well with all the devices i own (both Mac and windows). The Hp instant ink is an added advantage. The best part of the printer is the printing quality of the photos.

I wasn't sure about getting another hp printer as my last one did not last very long and I had hardly used it. After looking at this printer and reading the reviews, I thought I would give it a try. I absolutely love this printer and was so easy to hook up to my Mac Laptop and my Mac iPhone 8+. Photos print out beautifully.

The printer does all it is advertised to do. Easy to operate and connect to existing computer. Would buy again when needed.

As an amateur photographer, I was in the market for an updated printer for decent quality photo draft prints. This printer does a fantastic job! It took only minutes to setup and and install, and haven't had any issues since. Printouts are fast and look really good, and the scanner is very capable.

Just purchased this printer last night have been unsuccessful in setting up as the screen displays an error message "Do not use SETUP cartridges". From searching the HP Forum this appears to be a recurring issue. I called technical support twice and was actually hung up on the last time I called. Will be returning this printer and buying a different brand!

So far, this printer is great. Makes quality copies and nice pictures using photo paper. Set up was a little challenging. I had a HP printer that this one was replacing so I figured it would be easy to sync up with my old HP app. Not so. You really need to download the HP Smart app on each devise you plan on using with this printer. Then, when you want to print or copy anything, go through the app and it will be easy. One other thing that bugged me. My old printer was just flat on top. So, to make copies or scan items, you lifted up the top and placed the item on the scan window and shut it and scanned. Well, with the 7855, you feed the paper into the paper feed on top of the unit. So, call me dumb, but I had to research to find out what the feed on top of the printer was even for, since the pretty much worthless instructions that came with it didn't say a word about how to use it.

Purchased this printer to use for girls school work and small home business. I absolutely love this printer. It was super easy to set up, print quality was great. I haven't printed in photos yet though. I have always used HP envy printers and have always had good luck with them.

Its handled most print jobs like a champ. HP has a decent app that has allowed me to scan and receive emails if needed. It also linked to my cell phone and I'm able to print from that as well. I hope this printer holds up over time, but for my needs it's been amazing to date.

Friendly user, economic on ink. I mostly use the printer for work. It’s fast. It keeps user well informed of updates. I highly recommend this printer. I bought the printer in December of 2020, and bought the second one as a gift to my sister.

Nice and compact...allows you to shrink and enlarge which is something we missed ...photo quality is good...like all the features but so new haven't had a chance to use all...got on sale which was great...

I absolutely love this HP All in One Printer. I is so simple to use and the quality of the prints and copies are sharp and clear and the fax is also simple to use. You do however need the Stylist pen for the fax numbers as they are very small. I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a simple and unique unit.

Great printer. I can print from my phone, my ipad and my computer. It was easy to instsll for the most part. Installing it on my ipad was a little tricky. Also, fooling around with the ink was a little tough at first but then I figured it out

I bought this for my college student and she loved it. Their new HP app is great to use with it. We can print documents directly from Google docs or downloads from our phones or laptop. I'd recommend this to a student , or career professional like myself. Thus far zero complaints.

It did exactly what it said it did in advertisments. Very quick setup for everything but the laptop. I had to install alot of updates and addtional drivers for it to work. But it does work well. Easy to load ink. Haven't tried photo printing yet. But direct from phone worked immediately. Good product.

Great printer as this will be my 6th hp printer I own they keep improving them don't plan on choosing any other printer

I haven't used this printer a lot yet, but so far, so good. It was easy to set up, add to my network, and add to various devices for use. Print quality is good for documents with pics. I have not tried printing pics on photo paper yet, but expect the quality would be good too.

I always buy HP printers because I think they are the best as is this one I purchased. No regrets once again. Easy set up as I expected and the insta ink program is the way to go. No shopping around for the lowest price or running out of ink for a low monthly cost. Way to go HP!

Prints excellent photos which is what I expected from HP. Easy to load and use. The single multi color cartridge eliminates messing with the old three color cartridge system I had previously.

this is the same model printer we had before. We just wore the old one out. It's fast, quiet and using really good paper quality (96) weight prevents 99% of paper jams. It even provides fax service. All in all, this is just a great printer.
