    As I haven't used all of the features on this printer yet (scanner and photo prints), I can't give it an overall 5-Star rating; however, so far, it has exceed all expectations. Have always had good luck with HP products (typing on my HP Envy (w/beats audio) now!

    This printer printed nice photos and other things but only lasted about a year and a half before I started having problems and had to return it. I always had connectivity issues.

    So I purchased a new printer because the fax quit working on my old one and well I found out that it is because HP redid the entire program and online faxing is not an option it seems anymore. A little disappointed since that means I did not really need a new printer. Very weird set up with the new printers also.

    I had difficulty setting up this printer, but eventually I spent 45 minutes on the phone with hp tech support and have been up and running with instant ink since. I have not tried printing a photo yet, just documents, and I am not sure if the quality will be as high as my previous hp printer.

    I bought this to replace an older HP photo printer and am very pleased with the product. It cost about 1/3 less than the one I was replacing and, instead of having five ink cartridges, it only has two. the printing speed is also greatly improved over the older one.
