Only reason why i didnt give it 5 stars, i thought it was a pain to get everything started and i got kicked off wifi one time and i literally have to spend over 30 minutes just to locate where to reconnect and put the password in.. other then that i love it

Good at first but print quality became poor after printing first couple photos. Also scan to pc (from printer display) does not work. Do not recommend for price.

So far I’m recalling liking this printer! Works great, does more than what my family needs! Ink cartridges are a whole other story tho! The #64 is not easy to find lately, I didn’t find them on amazon tho, so I’ll probably just order them from there.

I needed a printer to work from home during the pandemic and a coworker recommended this one. It does everything I need to make my job easier. I love that you can copy scan and print. I haven’t used it for photos yet, but I plan to. Really happy I made this purchase.

Easy setup, great printing and cloud options and good print quality, but some small quirks and low tri-color ink capacity. It get the jon done, but there area better printers available.

Took some time to get connected & a pop up said they were techs & would help me get it connected & operating with my computer. But they said there was a problem & for $200 they could fix it. There was no problem & I discounted from them & connected myself with no problems

Needs better instructions for set up. We have multiple devices and it was a pain to set up on phones, but even worse on desktop and laptop. When it does print, the quality is great.

I purchased this all-in-one printer for it's ability to scan multiple documents in one feed besides the fact that it prints also. I needed to have a device that scanned multiple paged documents and I also needed a printer so this all-in-one was the way to go.

Like that it is smaller than the older HP that's being replaced but not having a bigger capacity for paper is a bummer, also was told this was okay for printing other things just not photos but looking more it should only be for photos so that's a bummer had some difficulty setting it up through computer had to use printers panel. I am able to print from phone and Chromebook but not from the main computer yet.

      Hi, Rose.

I’m sorry to hear that your experience with the printer has been not only difficulty but also different than what you expected. I can certainly tell why a combination of the feature disappointments and the inability to print from your main computer would be a bad start to owning a device. I’d love to help you get the printer working to your satisfaction, so I’ll provide some resources I hope will accomplish that goal.

First, if you still need it for your main computer, I recommend you follow a setup tutorial specific to your printer you can find on our support site. If you believe you’re past that, on the same page you can also access troubleshooting guides (including ones on connectivity), user guides, how-to documents and software updates. Do that by following this link:
      - support.hp.com/us-en/product/model/9073160

You can visit another page on our support site that has diagnostic tools for various issues, including connectivity. On that page you’ll also find a general-purpose tool called the HP Print and Scan Doctor. If you use Windows, the tool will help identify and guide you through solutions to a wide range of common printing and scanning difficulties. Visit that page here:
      - support.hp.com/us-en/topic/diagnostics

If any problem persists, I suggest that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess the situation and find a solution. (Please note that because of restrictions on personal movement and workplace attendance associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, wait times for agents are longer than normal. Thanks in advance for your understanding.) To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:

      - Model number
      - Serial number
      - Your location
      - Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)

HP Envy 7855 appears to be a great product at a reasonable price. Set up directions for the wireless mode were a little erroneous but I managed after a while. Also the pictorial depictions for paper loading left a little to be desired but again after a little “playing” all is well.

Much simpler to install than my last computer. Has worked well since I postponed dealing with all the cartridge replacement possibilities. There was more online information pushed at me than I wanted and it got in the way of proceeding. HP desperately wanted me to join the automatic replacement plan.

Nice printer. Two reasons for the four stars, disappointed in the screen size compared to the same printer in an older model and would have preferred the ink to be in separate cartridges. Besides those two items this is a super nice printer!!

Wanted everything in the office to be match. Wasn't planning on buy this printer. But the extra tray for printing was nice. The ink has a chip in it and will make sure that you never run out of ink. It orders ink for you when it's low.

Easiest wireless router installation that I ever experienced. Menus were user-friendly and easy to follow. HP Smart works well for PCs and Apple devices. It prints duplex if you want it. Printing 4x6 photos is done via a special menu in HP Smart. Very pleasd with it.

Being a teacher, I have always had an all-in-one. My last 2 were expensive duds. I went for this one and I'm totally pleased. Why 4 stars instead of 5? It only holds 125 sheets of paper and the touchscreen is too small.

while this printer may print well, and the integrated ink refills is near, the machine itself is a piece of junk. After just a few weeks, it stopped connecting to my wifi and spins at start up. Then, because I need to scan, I started using the scan to media device, which worked twice. Now, the machine will not recognize any thumb drive nor media card and I cannot use that feature. And, since I can't get it to connect to the wifi, I cannot use it as a scanner. It only an ink jet color printer, which won't connect to my laptop - because again it won't connect to wifi. Lots of diagnostic testing and internet searching has not rwsolved the issue. Basically, dont waste your money. Spend a little more to get a more reliable machine. I know I will be.

    Comes with "Set up" cartridges

The printer prints fine and I like the design.... However, HP seems to be a little cheap to not have "real" ink cartridges with printer... It comes with "Set Up" cartridges...(which you don't really notice when installing). That will give you about three Photos before you run out of ink... Then you have to go buy real HP ink cartridge's... The Tri Color XL cartridge will run another $50 with tax and the Black XL cartridge will be around $25 with tax.. So know that this printer will cost you at least $75 more to be functional. Plus if you buy the printer for a job and run out of ink immediately, you too will be as angry as I was....
