The printer prints fine and I like the design.... However, HP seems to be a little cheap to not have "real" ink cartridges with printer... It comes with "Set Up" cartridges...(which you don't really notice when installing). That will give you about three Photos before you run out of ink... Then you have to go buy real HP ink cartridge's... The Tri Color XL cartridge will run another $50 with tax and the Black XL cartridge will be around $25 with tax.. So know that this printer will cost you at least $75 more to be functional. Plus if you buy the printer for a job and run out of ink immediately, you too will be as angry as I was....

I needed a new printer when my old one failed. It is versatile, can do a lot more than my old basic one. I like the graphics display and the fact that all the colors are in one #64 cartridge. Thanks to the BB sales person assisting me with this purchase.

Bobby did hook up printer. He also left his cell number in case i have questions. I will be texting him a few. Technicians are helpful. Setting up appointment not so effecient. This is good service to have

This is a true all in one printer. Only disadvantage I found is that the cartridge dries up too soon. You have to print few pages every week in order to prevent ink from drying.

This printer has direct wifi connectivity, but I followed the salesman recommendation to connect to my household wifi. Now, all PC and phones are connected wirelessly to the printer. We also bought and set up the automatic monitoring and shipping of ink.

I'm totally satisfied with the purchase of the HP - ENVY Photo 7855 wireless printer. I benefitted from a promotion, when this excellent printer was offered by Best Buy for an excellent price. The delivery time and quality of the product fulfilled my expectation.

This printer is excellent. The price and delivery could not be better. Unfortunately, I wanted a printer that would scan both sides as I fed pages through. I even intentionally made two separate calls to two separate associates to ensure it would. It doesn't.

Overall, this is a decent printer but for the WiFi, print challenges that I encounter from my Mac. I will recommend based on the price and functionality.

good for photos. But I bought the first one and it was faulty. So I returned it and got a new one which works flawlessly. The problem I have is, I now have Three (3) HP Printers sitting here and ONE works.

For some reason, it took me a while to get this up and printing. Once I did, I had no problems. I just have to go back and get familiar with all it's functions. Right now all I need it to do is print Word documents.

I love the Sony Bravia tv that was delivered and set up for me. The agent who installed the tv was very polite and made sure it was set up for maximum enjoyment. He had excellent customer service skills and was pleasant to deal with.

Printer has been in the home for a few weeks and prints quickly and has 2 trays for regular and photo paper. The mobile connection is required to be able to print from a phone or computer. The printer cartridges are simple and print quality is good as well.

It is a nice printer at a reasonable price. I also like the Instant Ink program. The one thing that it doesn't have is the choice for copying from 2 sided to 2 sided. You can copy from 1 sided to 1 sided and 1 sided to 2 sided, but not 2 sided to 2 sided.

This is my first Envy printer and I am extremely pleased with it's operation and the high quality of printed photos. HP has made the installation process super easy and almost automatic. After much research I have signed up for the Instant Ink program and so far I believe it to be a great deal.

Set up was simple. It handles all the functions well. Copies, scan, fax, two sided, and a separate paper feed so I can keep photo paper loaded at all times but accessible adjacent to copy paper. Good all in one printer for work and personal use

Printer seems to work fine but, makes a weird sound when printing like it is getting jammed up.. Prints fine but, does not sound right. I am checking with the store this week to see what it could be.

The printer works really well for what we are using it for. The only down fall is we were told we would get 6 months free of instant ink with the purchase of this printer but were only able to get three and we have yet to receive our instant ink refill.

We are using it for a second printer. Making it a bit easier than going up a level for the use of a printer. Trying to use it for envelopes, however, it only holds approx. 5 at a time, so needs refilling often. All in all, it’s working well for our needs.

Nice printer works well and has many features. No issues with the printer so far. The only downfall with HP printers is after a few years they make changes to the models or no longer carry certain ink cartridges forcing customers to buy newer models.
