It works and print,have a difficult time setting it up to print and scan off my phone using my phone Bluetooth,still haven't,just use cable to my laptop and it works there but but still doesn't scan to computer.

This is my first Envy printer and I am extremely pleased with it's operation and the high quality of printed photos. HP has made the installation process super easy and almost automatic. After much research I have signed up for the Instant Ink program and so far I believe it to be a great deal.

This printer is everything that the HP programming and Best Buy store said it would accomplish. I've experienced one printing experience from a dinosaur age of time, so this one is super appreciated as a Christmas gift from my family.

We are using it for a second printer. Making it a bit easier than going up a level for the use of a printer. Trying to use it for envelopes, however, it only holds approx. 5 at a time, so needs refilling often. All in all, it’s working well for our needs.

The printer works really well for what we are using it for. The only down fall is we were told we would get 6 months free of instant ink with the purchase of this printer but were only able to get three and we have yet to receive our instant ink refill.

This is a great printer and easy to use. After a year of light use, the pages were not legible and was unable to fix it. Got the same printer as replacement with purchased replacement policy.

It prints nicely. But, the paper tray came apart and I cannot seem to be able to put it back together. I do not like that there are no trouble shooting options.

Nice printer works well and has many features. No issues with the printer so far. The only downfall with HP printers is after a few years they make changes to the models or no longer carry certain ink cartridges forcing customers to buy newer models.

We had need for a new printer. Options were available and we chose what we felt would work best. Discovered our computer was not ready to accept the downloaded information so got the geek squad to help us out.

Nice and compact compared to the rest! It only has 2 ink cartridges and the printer tells you when it's time to buy. The salesman was very very helpful. Someone told me that I needed a $1500.00 printer and I don't use it like that.

Printer works fine. A bit difficult to set up because we are using it with Mac. We had to make 7 calls (six were cut off) to get to a tech support agent who knew how to set the printer up on a Mac.

I haven't had it long at all. However it has frozen on once. Continued a print job that I attempted to cancel from another device. Both instances I had to Un plug and reboot. Have not been able to located the print queue⁉️.

Easy setup. Respectable speed for class. Scan fine.. Haven’t printed photos. Word with iPhone and iMac pulse wondows10 No assessment of ink use. Or is long periods of idle result in clogs. Not a fan of inkjet but wanted a small all in one.

Great printer until it went out! The printer lasted a year then a computer issue shut it down and was unable to fix it! So it had to be replaced! Make sure u get the insurance on it

We purchased this printer to replace an older HP printer that died after many years of constant use. Been using this one for a few weeks now and are very pleased with its' performance.

Having to sign up for an app in order to do any printing is terribly irritating. Besides that, when it works it’s good. We’ve had a few glitches here and there and it’s not been used very long.

Difficult to set up from our prior unit, lnformation difficult to help set it up. It took two of us and two hours to get it set. The prior model, a HP OFFICEJET PRO 6830 was much easier. We are now living through it.

Took a little while to get used to the “bells and whistles”, after having my previous printer for several years. However I figured it out and enjoy being able to print from all my devices and with WiFi connectivity.

This is a very nice printer fax scanner photos and also it comes with the HPE print ink that is automatically ordered and has been great although I’ve been having a little trouble with the scanning to email

I purchased the HP Envy photo 7855 printer.I am happy with it as my old one is falling apart.Ii am disappointed that the ink for the printers are sooo expensive. However, all of the ink jets are the same. The size is a little on the large size, but it has the features that I need .
