My only complaint is the minuscule quantity of ink included.It ran out at a very inconvenient time and I had to run to the store to complete a project.All else is excellent so far

I like this printer for several reasons. It also does faxing; and it has a separte slot for 4x6 photo paper. Doesn't include much in the way of instruction however, but then most things don't anymore. I've had to ask others for help with certain things.

I like the printer but was very frustrated to get home and look up whether my old printer could be recycled only to find that I could have been with a price break on the printer. That made me mad enough to not shop here any more.

We bought a different printer initially that said all in one and thought it had the Fax feature so had to exchange for this one . We definitely wanted to be able to Fax if necessary. Good choice

When I switched to Windows 10 from 7, my printer would not work with it. So, I decided to buy this HP wireless printer. It is easy to set up, prints very well. Easy to print from my computer and my phone wireless easily. I am happy so far.

Got this printer to replace my HP 6600, which started having print head problems. After reading the reviews of other people, I decided on the ENVY 7855. My first one had a issue with the print assembly but Best Buy replaced the printer without any hassle.

This printer is good for home office. Does everything you need it to do. Has dbl sided printing. Cartridges are inexpensive. Perfect printer for the money. I wish it came in white. But can’t have everything.

I’ve only had the printer for short time and most all functions seem to be working fine except that every once in a while it will tell me I need to load paper when there is paper in the paper tray, and the touch screen scrolling is too sensitive.

After owning a previous Hp printer that was problematic from the beginning, this one is a pleasure. Great color printing. For some reason I did have to have Geek Squad help to set up the scanner but it works well now.

Good price and value for my needs. I just do low volume printing and copying and an occasional scan. This model is smaller than my last one and does what I need efficiently. Best Buy provided quick pick up service too, before this pandemic.

My only complaint is that I did not see the print cartridges in the box and threw them out. To set up the printer, it really, really wants this starter cartridges so I have to call their help desk to find out the secret way around it!!

I ordered a refurbished one and it didn't come with the setup cartridges and had to send it back. Since I'd already bought extra cartridges that couldn't be used for setup I ordered new and I'm satisfied so far. No problems as of yet.

today I have to take my HP Envy Printer in the two page for printing is making a horrible sound and need geek squad to see what's going on. I never had any problems. I have had mine since 9/2018.

The best reliable printer in the market and awesome job printing photos. I've bought 5 Envy Photo printers for my family members. This one went to a good friend of mine.

This printer replaced another HP and it seems to be the same sort of workhorse the other one was. Bought with an extended warranty and automatic ink refill plan, this is the sort of item you simply install, use and forget about. Whats not to like?

Printer totally amazing and delivers on all promises. Very easy set-up, user-friendly operations, and great printer speed and quality. A slam-dunk. Only cons - paper tray capacity. Wish it held more paper!

Returned this printer. Initially purchased after I was assured that it was capable of double-sided printing using the document feeder without handling the paper. Does not have this feature. Otherwise it is probably a good printer.

Very nice to print without hassles about WiFi, network issues or ink situations. I do have issues with printing from my cell phone but working on that with hp. Very happy with the product and service given at time of purchase.

I’ve had the printer for about a month now. I don’t use it daily, but I have no complaints about it. It gets the job done. I’m still learning the software and all the features but I like it a lot better than my last printer.

It's still early to be doing a review. It prints as well as I had expected. I have not printed pictures. The bad thing for me, it has built-in WiFi, so when I walk into the connecting room from the garage my cell phone locks onto the the printer and not the home wifi system, it could be a while before I even firgure out my phone is using cell data and not wifi it's so frustrating. You have an option to lock Out the printer and don't print from the ph or continue with kaos...humm
