I had an HP printer for 12 years and I decided to upgrade to another HP printer because I wanted to be able to print my own photos. I really like HP products. I also purchased a new HP computer the all-in-one desk top. Both products are great performers.

Unboxes neatly. Could have had a simple clear basic printed booklet to CLEARLY show how to install ink cartridges.. Have not used it yet but I expect that once I down load the internet stuff for this rig it will do more than I need

today I have to take my HP Envy Printer in the two page for printing is making a horrible sound and need geek squad to see what's going on. I never had any problems. I have had mine since 9/2018.

This is a good printer. It also makes copies and scans. However, the HP representative sold to me with hopes of great picture printing quality, and that’s not the case. But, it is a nice printer for the money and serves its purpose!

This product looks nicer/more modern than the 5-year-old printer it replaced, but the quality is not much better and it is still pretty clunky processing print jobs. Good product for the overall cost, though.

Good quality, easy load cartridges. Only issue is you have to start with started cartridges. Haven't tried on vellum, that's the paper that always causes issues on any printer I have!

My last printer was an hp and lasted over 10 years so of course I wanted a newer updated version. I love this printer and highly recommend. Price was fair and it is much lighter and does much more than my older one.

Easy to install. works well. Makes loud noise as loading paper but overall I like the printer. This was a replacement for an HP office jet 8600 printer that I had for many years.

This printer has held up with over 700 pages printed on it a month with no issues!!! I was worried initially about durability since we print very often but this printer keeps on ticking without issue. I would highly recommend this printer!!

It's still early to be doing a review. It prints as well as I had expected. I have not printed pictures. The bad thing for me, it has built-in WiFi, so when I walk into the connecting room from the garage my cell phone locks onto the the printer and not the home wifi system, it could be a while before I even firgure out my phone is using cell data and not wifi it's so frustrating. You have an option to lock Out the printer and don't print from the ph or continue with kaos...humm

overall great product just trouble to connect to bluetooth/wifi still having issues trying to hook up to phones and tablet, easy install for laptop and desk top

I tried to download the software and something went wrong with the drivers. I had to take my computer and the printer to Data Doctors to get it straightened out. After it started working everything is working great.

So far, so good. Printer set-up was fairly seamless; print from android phone is a "little" more challenging - YouTube tutorial more helpful, than HP.com. Ink is expensive.

One reason I bought this printer is that it has the capacity to print photos. Another selling point is that you can print letters and other documents in color. I have not tried all of the functions yet, but I trust it will work fine.

The prints are good. Had to try several times to get devices to connect to printer and each time the touchscreen was difficult to use- Very small, not very sensitive to touch.

I have been enjoying the printer for the most part. The paper supply doesn’t have anything to keep to paper from moving front to back and several times I got an “out of paper” message when the paper slipped backwards.

I am very happy with the HP Envy Photo 7855. We had a HP Envy series printer and we wore it out after several years of heavy use. It is a very dependable printer with several capabilities built into one device.

Printer works well, haven’t done a photo yet. Sometimes printer will be on and I send something to print I get an error message that it’s not found. I restart printer and works then.

considering when I got my printer and was broken and I had to ship it back and wait for a replacement still giving you a 5 star rating was because of the great help I received from the sales representative

I have been using this printer for almost 5 years. It is getting to the end of its life, I was told, so I purchased the same one for the next 5. It is an awesome printer!
