I have had the new one for several weeks and find it to be equal to the older one. Set up was a bit confusing due to the icons being rather small on the screen. Other than that it has worked out great.

Only issue is you have to start with started cartridges. Haven't tried on vellum, that's the paper that always causes issues on any printer I have!

Needed a new hp printer

I love this printer and highly recommend. Price was fair and it is much lighter and does much more than my older one.

Good product for the overall cost, though.

Could have had a simple clear basic printed booklet to CLEARLY show how to install ink cartridges.. Have not used it yet but I expect that once I down load the internet stuff for this rig it will do more than I need

Sometimes printer will be on and I send something to print I get an error message that it’s not found. I restart printer and works then.

Having a document feeder for printing allows for walking away from a project. Copy, scan, photo print, wifi....all that I was looking for in a new printer. The clincher was it was on sale at a great price when I made my purchase.

However, the HP representative sold to me with hopes of great picture printing quality, and that’s not the case. But, it is a nice printer for the money and serves its purpose!

I was worried initially about durability since we print very often but this printer keeps on ticking without issue. I would highly recommend this printer!!

We had a HP Envy series printer and we wore it out after several years of heavy use. It is a very dependable printer with several capabilities built into one device.
