So far, so good. Printer set-up was fairly seamless; print from android phone is a "little" more challenging - YouTube tutorial more helpful, than HP.com. Ink is expensive.

The prints are good. Had to try several times to get devices to connect to printer and each time the touchscreen was difficult to use- Very small, not very sensitive to touch.

I have been enjoying the printer for the most part. The paper supply doesn’t have anything to keep to paper from moving front to back and several times I got an “out of paper” message when the paper slipped backwards.

One reason I bought this printer is that it has the capacity to print photos. Another selling point is that you can print letters and other documents in color. I have not tried all of the functions yet, but I trust it will work fine.

This is my first ink jet printer and so far l like it very much though l have not used it that much. My last one was a photo smart HP, and a power serge took it out of commission after 10 years.

I love that i can scan in continuously to the sd card using the top load, and the pictures come out as a great texture and look, easy to use and i love the touch screen.

So far this is a pretty good printer. I really like the two sided printing feature! The only downside it is a little difficult to set up. Not very much info in manual. Once set up though I really like it!

HP ENVY PHOTO 7855 was set up and connected to two new computers. Geek Squad Pro was a master at troubleshooting and now verything is working flawlessly.

Hello, I made a purchase with you of several items, among these an HP printer - ENVY Photo 7855 Wireless All-In-One Instant Ink Ready Inkjet Printer - Black, unfortunately I was able to use it until a few days ago and it does not work, the following error appears, "I checked the test cartridges that came with the printer" but I did not bring them, so we also bought the cartridges that the printer needs and continues with the same error. I need please give me a guarantee for this printer or at least send someone to check it. Thanks, Ivan. 862 273 1369

Our 2nd Envy Photo 7800 series printer. Only complaint is that the HP printers seem to spend too much time offline (which is a nuisance).

It is ok. it looks connection to the computer a lot and I have to turn it off and back on to work. It does print good pictures and scans nicely

I like the fact that HP has a print program that can keep up with ink. They will automatically send it to you when needed. The price should be a savings of what you normally would purchase for this printer as it is discounted.

Great machine but had my son set it up I’ve never had good luck with printers he he said there is no comparison to the old ones this is much more improved

Great printer for everyday use. Bluetooth printing makes the task easy from any device. Ink does go pretty quick even when not printing in color

Very pleased with wireless connection and duplex printing. Scanning comes out well though need to use the app to scan multiple pages. Bought this to replace my other HP printer as it did not wireless (old printer).

This printer has all of the features to meet my home printing/scanning/copying needs. I especially like the automatic paper feed so that I don't have to keep loading and removing pages when working with multipage documents.

Very pleased with this purchase. An inexpensive multi-function printer that just works. I love the Instant Ink addition. Works well with Mobile apps as well.

My Wife and I love it. First wi fi printer, free ink program is Awesome, only gripe is the screen is way too small but adequitely functional.

It's a nice printer. The photo printing is great. Setting up the wifi to print was straight forward and first time worked. Highley recommend this printer.
