its use to much ink. I really want to return it. I'm thinking about returning it. it a good Printer but uses too much ink

Great product. A little difficult to get printing from my desktop, but should be fine. Was not able to get assistance from Best Buy to help with setup. Product is very nice , but support was not.

HP ENVY PHOTO 7855 was set up and connected to two new computers. Geek Squad Pro was a master at troubleshooting and now verything is working flawlessly.

I had another HP printer for over 10 years! I never thought it would stop working but when it did, I decided why mess with a good thing. I bought this, the updated version of what I had. So far, it's perfect.

Our 2nd Envy Photo 7800 series printer. Only complaint is that the HP printers seem to spend too much time offline (which is a nuisance).

Great machine but had my son set it up I’ve never had good luck with printers he he said there is no comparison to the old ones this is much more improved

After many comparisons I got this one because I want to print iron on photos. First try my paper got jammed n I was trying to figure it out when something said hit the button on the screen n it showed you to get the paper out. So far so good.

Very pleased with this purchase. An inexpensive multi-function printer that just works. I love the Instant Ink addition. Works well with Mobile apps as well.

My Wife and I love it. First wi fi printer, free ink program is Awesome, only gripe is the screen is way too small but adequitely functional.

I only buy HP printers as they last a long time. Purchased this printer to replace another HP printer that was over 11 years old. Never had any issues with previous HP printers.

I looked around the city and found the HP printer that I wanted. It was at Best Buy Henderson and they had only 1. Needlessly to say that I jumped on it. Now it is at my house - fully working. Great printer.

Overall it’s a good printer. The only reason for 4 stars is ink will be costly and hard to refill using aftermarket ink. The 3 colors are all in one and black separate. For 120-150 range it’s not bad.

It's a nice printer. The photo printing is great. Setting up the wifi to print was straight forward and first time worked. Highley recommend this printer.

New copier is great. Really like the wireless feature and the copies are clear and distinct. Just starting using but I suspect I will appreciate the ink program offered by HP; it should save me time and the trips out to buy!

I have been using this product for 3 weeks now and find it very easy to use. Set up was easy. It prints and copies with great quality. I would highly recommend this product. and it was really pricey.

needed a new printer. old HP printhead went south and at 180 USD, for a replacement, caught this jewel on sale for less. print cartridges smaller than the old one but 1/3 the price, plus a tray for photo paper.

The printer is fine, but without my permission they added the Geek Squad, 211.68 and Something else that was 69.99 without my permission. I want it reimbursed on my Arvest Credit Card/

I bought this for my husband for Christmas, he hasn't had a chance to use it alot yet, but seems very happy. It replaced an old HP printer we had, I thought it was going to be smaller but easy to overlook that. He didn't want to exchange it!!!

This is a very good mid market printer. I have been pleased with its performance and ink usage. I do light occasional printing thru the day and it does all that I need. Having a scanner built in helps a ton.

Does the job.... it’s just pretty slow and loud! Comes with a small amount of ink for immediate printing but be sure to pull the tab off of the black ink before you use it!
