Performance is wonderful. Only negative HP sends you out of country for set up. Not needed just follow directions . They ( Bob , Jim and Louie) from India or freakistan try to sell one some other policy for your printer. How lame?

Needed to replace our HP printer and update current trends of newer printer technology. This one fit the bill and has performed very well, as expected of HP, and am very pleased with its overall performance.

I'm having some issues with communication to computer. It constantly says it's out of paper when it is full (buy still prints the entire doc). It's more of an annoyance. Otherwise, works great.

Other printer/scanner stopped working needed one that did same functions but newer always have had good quality with HP, so that's what looked for -found at Best Buy good price, needed functions

Great product. A little difficult to get printing from my desktop, but should be fine. Was not able to get assistance from Best Buy to help with setup. Product is very nice , but support was not.

This printer/photo lab works well with minimum effort and can WiFi connect and air print from any device. I’m very happy with its performance

I only buy HP printers as they last a long time. Purchased this printer to replace another HP printer that was over 11 years old. Never had any issues with previous HP printers.

I like the fact that HP has online chat to help resolve operator error issues. Im also impressed with HP monitoring my printer ink usuage and the monthly svc fee for automatically sending refills. Its very cost effective.

Printer seems to work as expected and works well with the HP Smart App. Has a sheet feed I didn't really need but hard to find a Black HP printer these days.

I had another HP printer for over 10 years! I never thought it would stop working but when it did, I decided why mess with a good thing. I bought this, the updated version of what I had. So far, it's perfect.

It replaced my newish printer that I used very little over 3 yrs when it expired. Replacing paper is clumsy, lid doesn't fit securely. Copies and prints remotely very well. Haven't used for pictures yet.

Used as an in-home printer. We print documents, a few pictures here & there, and make copies as needed. It does excellent for what we need. We love the automatic double sided printing option. We would recommend. It is a nice sturdy workhorse.

I looked around the city and found the HP printer that I wanted. It was at Best Buy Henderson and they had only 1. Needlessly to say that I jumped on it. Now it is at my house - fully working. Great printer.

I have been using this product for 3 weeks now and find it very easy to use. Set up was easy. It prints and copies with great quality. I would highly recommend this product. and it was really pricey.

Does the job.... it’s just pretty slow and loud! Comes with a small amount of ink for immediate printing but be sure to pull the tab off of the black ink before you use it!

Great investment. It’s always good to have your own printer at home and not have to go to a library or friends just to print off something...this printer is very nice.

Once I got it setup and all my computers tied into it I've enjoyed this printer. Printer has its own email address looking forward to using this feature

The printer is fine, but without my permission they added the Geek Squad, 211.68 and Something else that was 69.99 without my permission. I want it reimbursed on my Arvest Credit Card/

I believe HP printers are the best. They do what they are supposed to do and are very reliable. Colors are accurate. I love the instant inc feature. This is a very nice printer for the money.

needed a new printer. old HP printhead went south and at 180 USD, for a replacement, caught this jewel on sale for less. print cartridges smaller than the old one but 1/3 the price, plus a tray for photo paper.
