After many comparisons I got this one because I want to print iron on photos. First try my paper got jammed n I was trying to figure it out when something said hit the button on the screen n it showed you to get the paper out. So far so good.

Overall it’s a good printer. The only reason for 4 stars is ink will be costly and hard to refill using aftermarket ink. The 3 colors are all in one and black separate. For 120-150 range it’s not bad.

New copier is great. Really like the wireless feature and the copies are clear and distinct. Just starting using but I suspect I will appreciate the ink program offered by HP; it should save me time and the trips out to buy!

Love the fact its HP and with app connecting your device to it includes available wifi, bluetooth, email can be used to send a print to it, touchscreen, etc..so many great features!!

Great printer, Responds quick. Love it. The printer ink program is a valuable tool. I don't have to think when to order. Can't beat that

This was an unplanned purchase. So far, I am happy with my purchase. I haven't figured out all it can do, especially how to fax, but hopefully I will figure it out.

Good printer, but if you have weak WiFi it is not the easiest printer to set up. I had problems downloading the app on my surface and getting it to work on an older computer

Not as happy with this printer as I was with the earlier HP I had. Could be more user issues than the printer. I had to call the HP line to get assistance.

This is a very good mid market printer. I have been pleased with its performance and ink usage. I do light occasional printing thru the day and it does all that I need. Having a scanner built in helps a ton.

I haven't printed any pictures yet, but the previous HP I had I wasn't satisfied.. we will see how good this one is. I am very satisfied with the results from the other features.

No issues thus far - colors are not as strong as I like them, and I suppose I need to look into making some printing adjustments.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas, he hasn't had a chance to use it alot yet, but seems very happy. It replaced an old HP printer we had, I thought it was going to be smaller but easy to overlook that. He didn't want to exchange it!!!

Gets the job done. Just big in size, more than what i wanted. HP instant ink is one of the best subscriptions out.

I LOVE THE HP PRINTER, IT TOOK ALOT OF TIME TO SET UP, BUT WITH THE HELP FROM HP CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY WALKED US THROUGH IT, THEY WHERE ALOT OF HELP.....

I just purchased this printer last Thursday 6/11, why do I like it, well I had a HP Envy before and it lasted more than 10 years and that is why I purchased another one and I only will buy HP products.

After looking at all of the available printers this one appeared to offer the best value for the price, not the cheapest, but the best priced for all the features. So far I am completely satisfied with the purchase.

Good printer. Not sure it is any better than the HP Photosmart 7520. Paper tray could hold more and could be a little more accessible. Have not printed photos yet.

Everything works great. I just wish there was better instructions on how to use the different features. I have not been able to figure out how to use the top slot for scanning.

Set up went smoothly. Initial operation good with no problems so far. Haven't used all the features yet, but those which have been tried function as they should. Time will tell more.

The all in one is a great packaged deal. The only downside, as with all inkjet printers, is if you don't use it a lot, the ink cartridges tend to act up. The quality of a picture goes down until you print a couple things. For an average homeowner, that can be a pain and waste of ink, which is not cheap. I have experienced this with HP, Cannon, and Epson, so not dinging this printer for it. My scan to computer option hasn't worked in a while, and the HP doctor app can't fix it. You can still scan from the app, so not a big deal for me.
