The word Hate isn't strong enough to describe how I feel about this printer. I had an Hp for 8 years and it was great. So when I upgraded my laptop (Lenovo Yoga C930), I decided to upgrade the printer as well and went with the HP based on my history with them. What a mistake. I spend more time trying to get the piece of junk to work making it totally inefficient for my home office. Over the past 3 months I have spent countless hours on the phone with tech support and using the HP fix it app. The computer often thinks the printer is offline when it is not and the scan to computer feature frequently can't find a connection to the computer. I usually have to shut down the printer and restart it to get it to print. Scanning a document to my computer can take 1-15 mins. Both tech and the fix app are useless. Based on what I have learned, there is a glitch in the app and HP hasn't been able to fix it for months. When it works, the print quality is very good. And, the scan to computer would be very convenient but it usefully doesn't work. I don't have time to fight with a piece of equipment that is supposed to make my life more efficient. And I hate that I upgraded to this to avoid potential out of date software issues with my old printer only to be trapped in HP purgatory. Steer clear. I wish I had.

So my last printer of 10 years finally died. So had to buy a decent all in one printer. Then I came across with this one. So glad I bought it!! Hopefully it’ll last me another 10 years. Ha.

Because of the covid-19 virus, I was forced to work from home and needed a printer that could meet all my needs to make my job easier from home. This printer did just that and more! Highly recommend it!

The printer is excellent & the Geek Squad easily paired it with all of our computer/communication devices. The printer cartridge is also much easier to access than our previous printer.

Had a previous HP printer and wanted another HP but with more options. Really liked the 7855, overall; two considerations was a paper tray that holds 225 sheets and the photo printer options. Great hard working machine!

I chose this printer because of all the functions it does. Most all printers today art wireless and all-in-one. This one can copy many pages continuously from the top saving time and hassle. Meets all my needs.

I like the printer. There is an issue getting it to print from my chromebook but it prints from my laptop and telephone fine. I thought I bought a warranty but apparently not.

Download the app, plug in printer and the app takes you step by step through installation. The Bluetooth connects easily to all your devices. Great features. I especially like the duplex print feature.

This is a good printer quality wise, but was very difficult to set up. Required 1.5 hours with technical support to get it connected to my computer and wifi.

Not as pleased as I had hoped.. Salesman from HP was on the floor the day I came in for a different printer and talked me into this one. After the ordeal of setting it up at home, I was not pleased that it printed so light and there didn't seem to be any adjustment to compensate for that. I went back into the store with a sample page from my printer and was told that it would be too difficult to hook up the floor model of my printer model to compare. Not very good customer service.

Finally got this due to supply and demand. Pretty easy set up. After several months and a cartridge or two i am comfortable with it.

This replaced a HP printer that we'd had for years. It was getting hard to load the correct drivers for the old printer on my new HP Laptop. Printer works great and will be lasting like the one it replaced, I'm sure.

The tech was awesome setting printer up and showing me how to operate, install cartridges, order cartridges, replace copy paper and photo paper.

This printer (HP ENVY PHOTO 7855) is great I send a lot of faxes as well as a lot of copies of documents. Great product for printing out photos of my grandkids. Very happy with my purchase.

HP-Envy Photo is OK, sometime, it make me crazy, gave me hard time, but I can call Total tech support from GeekSquad or HP and they helped me to solve these problems

Good printer. I only found one error occurring on it. That with my past flash drives. They gave an error message and I had to replace them with a new flash drive

So far I've used it for small projects, but it works really well. Its easy to install and I love the bluetooth and printing from your phone feature. The touch screen is also a great addition.

So far so good. Was upgrading my previous HP printer all in one and wanted one with the auto feed feature this time. This comes with that and more. Still discovering all the features.

Replaced an old HP Photosmart all-in-one (lasted 10 yrs) so I thought we would go with another HP product. Happy overall with the functionality but have not used the fax yet.
