being a non geek person it took longer than I expected to set it up. Once it was set up no problems and am enjoying it use. The person who helped me was not pushy but explained what each did and let me decide

Everyone did an awesome job! From the floor salesmen to the Geek Squad. They made the whole process easy. Everyone was so nice and kind and very efficient! They all did an OUTSTANDING JOB!

It’s a easy to use printer. The main display is small and hard to find the ink level, but I found fired it out. I wish it was easy to see better. But no issues with printing.

This printer prints nice but runs out of ink quickly. Ink cartridges have to be original if not it doesn't print in color.

This is my second HP printer. My first one didn’t last as long as I thought it would, but I do like the customer support from HP and their instant ink program. It’s working well so far.

The XL size is definitely worth the additional cost. Felt like I was replacing cartridges every other week when I used the cheaper size.

I already own 2 hp printers. I ve been pleased with them. This new one I have used several times and am satisfied with its performance. The ink does not dry out as quickly as the other two do.

I love that’s it’s wi-fi which allows it to be able to print from any device I have it set up on. The scan function is so easy to use. You really can use it for personal and/or business use!

Our second HP printer like this and love them. Got this one for my wife to use so we both have one now. Instant Ink is also a great deal for both of them!

A little disappointed considering I did research but not enough apparently. I even asked the guy at Bestbuy if I could print and scan double sided and was told yes (one of the reasons I was buying a new printer for), brought it home and found out that it prints both sides but doesn't scan both sides. The printer I wanted, Bestbuy didn't have so I settled on this one. Since buying this printer, it better then my last one and I will settle for that.

Needed a printer that has all the functions as well as a document feeder. Everything works great, but I would have like the feeder to go a little faster when scanning.

A little slower printing than anticipated but for the money works pretty good. Scan option leaves resolution of the image darker than it appears in real life.

Wonderful Printer! It’s been a year and I’ve had ZERO problems!! The instant ink option is wonderful! I don’t have to worry about running out of ink....ever!

We’ve had a similar printer before, and this one is a little more difficult to use but overall a good quality product for the price it is at.

I bought this printer a month ago to replace my very old HP Photosmart. It's very easy to set up, is quiet when printing, and the print quality on documents is great. (I've not used it to print photos yet.) Most of my printing is emails, recipes I find online, and documents generated through Etsy (I have a home-based business on Etsy). Each of those items prints immediately. When it comes to PDF documents, this printer is beyond frustrating. I either get partial pages, no pages, or multiples copies of the same pages. In one night one 20-some page document yielded over 70 pages - some pages printed once, some three or four times, and no page was complete! (This was the first PDF document I tried to print - I clicked "print" thinking it would print normally. Wrong!) Then I'll continually get messages that the printer is in error mode (upwards of 20 notifications, one or two a minute.) If I go into settings, it tells me the photo paper tray is empty (I'm not printing photos) or the printer is offline (when it isn't). I have tried everything I can think of, including going into advanced settings to print as an image, and it still only prints a partial page if it prints at all. I did not purchase Geek Squad coverage as it never occurred to me a printer would print everything but PDF files. I've searched online to try to find a solution, but nothing has worked. I'm not sure what I'm going to do, since printing PDFs is a huge part of my business. Right now I want to dropkick this printer into tomorrow.

Set up was easier and faster than I expected. Printer works great for both documents and photos. Document feeder and scanning function seem quite fine as well. Very satisfied so far.

I’m happy with this purchase. However, it isn’t printing properly. It has new ink, but won’t print. I may have to contact you regarding this issue.

The printer works as designed. The only problem is when conected to the phone line for faxing, it causes the fax bleep on phone messages.

If you are looking for a great reliable and good quality you need this printer! This printer is amazing! I use it for home use and I’m so glad invested!
