I’m not thrilled with this but it’s my own fault for not doing the research. My printer broke and I ran to the store to grab a new one. When I got home and set it up I realized it’s not the same quality of the last HP printer I used despite the model number being a higher one. I know now the model numbers are not higher for higher quality. This printer would be great for a beginner computer.

I really like this printer. It was easy to set up and prints nice clear images. I’m very happy with my purchase.

The ENVY was easy to set and start using. Took me less than 15 minutes start to finish. I printed a couple letters and 1 photo and they turned out well.

This printer is actually pretty cool and has nice features. My only negative thing is that it doesn’t print front and back when making copies. Besides that I’m satisfied.

The HP - ENVY Photo 7855 is a great printer. Color photos turn out great. Install was easy and complete. It does all I need around my house for personal use very well. Great purchase at BB.

i like this for not only lower price on ink but printing double sided an printing documents on top which i had to figure out myself, plus i use less paper

Works great, but ink does seem to run out fast. However you can get ink delivered when your running out for a small fee.

Had an HP Photo Envy that I wore out so I upgrade to this model. Was a breeze to set up and so easy to use. Love the availability of the Insta-Ink program.

The HP -Envy 7855 has been a good fit for our college student and roommates. No printing issues in color or black & White. Wireless easy to connect fairly fast printing.

It is very good and works as it should. Very easy to use and I use the instant ink with it and that also is good.

I bought this printer because it was on sale and it was a good deal. It very good printer. So far my kids say no problems with it. I am very satisfied with this product.

had this printer for over a year and did well. however, this month i notice that the printer is starting to make noices when it finishes printing.

I thought I was buying a laser printer, but the associate that helped me said this is the one to get. It’s fine. One day I will get my laser one.

This was an easy set up that produces great copies. Scanning is easy too but I truly appreciate automatic printer ink deliveries before I run out. Nice to not have to watch levels and place orders

Printer is working well, customer is satisfied. Display screen is very small, hard to read without glasses (unlike previous printer that had a larger easy-to-read display screen).

This replaces my previous printer. Only negative is that you have to reload paper to get 2 sided printing.

My last 5 printers have all been HP. Although I hate buying ink, there are no service problems. Replacement ink cartridges (64) are not available everywhere ... yet.

Printer and scanner work fine. I've set up a lot of printers, but the "quick start" instructions on this one were so skimpy that at times I was a bit confused.

This is all we need for our home family use . We enrolled in HP INK program and this has greatly improve the total print process along with the Geek squad to assist with problems.

The printer does a good job printing, would have given 4-5 stars, but we just hit our first time of running out of ink. The ink monitor shows half of the black ink is still available, but it is printing like it is almost out. Either it is an overall printer error or it is truly running out of ink (which seemed short with how much we print). This is happening as we need to print something important, so the lack of warning is rather frustrating.
