Great All Around printer. I utilize this printer for work, and for our household! I’ve always had HP printers which are reliable and great products.

My last 5 printers have all been HP. Although I hate buying ink, there are no service problems. Replacement ink cartridges (64) are not available everywhere ... yet.

Quick silent and has multiple functions love that it’s wifi and Bluetooth so can be anywhere in house and get stuff when I am done

Love my HP-ENVY 7855 All in one. does everything i need and more. color printing is exceptional too.

i like this for not only lower price on ink but printing double sided an printing documents on top which i had to figure out myself, plus i use less paper

Had an HP Photo Envy that I wore out so I upgrade to this model. Was a breeze to set up and so easy to use. Love the availability of the Insta-Ink program.

It was an easy set up but it took so much ink every month or two I had to get new cartridges so it added up real fast. Other than that it’s a pretty good printer for the price.

This is my 2nd HP 7855 but I was very disappointed when the scanner did not work and then was told by the Geek Squad that the scanner element was out of date and would not work. I now have to go through the HP app to scan. No big deal--just an annoyance that I wasn't informed of this prior to purchase.

I was unhappy I was forced to purchase a replacement printer (again), but was very happy with the help I received from the HP representative in store and I'm loving the HP replacement ink feature.

If you are using this for working at home this may not be the printer for you. We got this with having to print home school assignment and not needing color copies.

Great printer. Does everything I had hoped it would do. The HP smart app is a great Complement to the printer allowing me to do everything from my iPhone or from my computers.

Does a good job both for general printing and printing photos . Also very convenient for WiFi printing either from your phone or another computer remotely. Good all round printer.

Good All in Color printer with photo tray. Wifi and USB capable. with various ink delivery or purchase options like Best Buy's easy replenish or HP's Instant Ink.

The printer does a good job printing, would have given 4-5 stars, but we just hit our first time of running out of ink. The ink monitor shows half of the black ink is still available, but it is printing like it is almost out. Either it is an overall printer error or it is truly running out of ink (which seemed short with how much we print). This is happening as we need to print something important, so the lack of warning is rather frustrating.

After reading the previous reviews, I was a bit concerned about the installation. It went easy! All I did was follow the on-screen instructions and it works great!

Shipment was 2 days late— I had to postpone travel due to late delivery— people at call center were rude, could not understand them, when I asked to be transferred to some one in the US , they would hang up on me— there was no way to talk with anyone that could tell me more than what I could find out on line —- it would be easier to contact someone at the White House than any supervisory /management personnel in your company— shame on you for this kind of service!!!

Love my printer, just wish finding the correct color lock paper was easier when communicating with customer service reps.

Worked great for awhile then started to have wireless issues. Called HP and after 4 calls finally got it connected

had this printer for over a year and did well. however, this month i notice that the printer is starting to make noices when it finishes printing.
