Does a good job both for general printing and printing photos . Also very convenient for WiFi printing either from your phone or another computer remotely. Good all round printer.

Shipment was 2 days late— I had to postpone travel due to late delivery— people at call center were rude, could not understand them, when I asked to be transferred to some one in the US , they would hang up on me— there was no way to talk with anyone that could tell me more than what I could find out on line —- it would be easier to contact someone at the White House than any supervisory /management personnel in your company— shame on you for this kind of service!!!

I was unhappy I was forced to purchase a replacement printer (again), but was very happy with the help I received from the HP representative in store and I'm loving the HP replacement ink feature.

I CANT BELIEVE THAT IT TOOK US THIS LONG TO BUY AN ALL IN ONE PRINTER, COPIER, FAX AND SCANNER! THIS IS AN AWESOME PRODUCT TO HAVE, GOOD BACK FOR THE BUCK!

I have bought HP printers for a large company since the early 1990's and they have been quality printers. And this HP-ENVY 7855, so far, has also been a great printer.

Affordable for everyday home use and easy to set up. Very practical with plenty of features using your existing home wi fi network. Color copies are crisp and bright.

Having to replace my 7 year old HP Printer I did considerable and settled on HP 7855. Then I checked to see who had available and thankfully Best Buy had it in stock.

I have had to print and email various documents over the past few weeks. I honestly haven't had a chance to print any photo's. I am delighted with its performance.

Terrible product. And Best Buy support of non-existent and HP's support is also awful. Ink Cartridges will not seat properly, and neither will the paper tray. Specifics: With a ridiculous number (15?) of attempts I got the ink cartridges to stay put... and then a week later the paper tray would not close. Only Heavens knows what will happen with the 4 extra new cartridges I bought - maybe I wasted a lot of money if they too cannot be seated properly. This product, solf new at full price, is being discontinued but this did not stop Best Buy from selling it nor standing behind it. HP "support is useless. I was on hold forever and then got an incompetent person. A very sad state for two once proud and responsive corporations - now seemingly given to grabbing money ad running away.

I already had an HP printer of this series and it was great so I bought this one. Same cartridges. My son has the old one which is still running great.

Installing it was beyond my skill level " going wireless" with the printer but thank's to Geek Squad it got completed. Printed a few pictures and they seemed good quality.

Not a bad printer but ink is expensive. I have since moved to another printer that uses larger cartridges. Much better value

Needed a new printer and had been watching this printer and they dropped it $120 so I had to have it. Glad I got it because it went right back up to regular price.

I really like this printer. It was easy to set up and prints nice clear images. I’m very happy with my purchase.

performs as expected hp lacks the old mechanical set up as it did several years ago as we depend on the electronics to do it now

Has been a great printer ... ink has held up for a lengthy time ... still yet to buy first cartridges .... I printed printed my tax forms out 2 sided .... finding lots of options and perks !!!

Works great, but ink does seem to run out fast. However you can get ink delivered when your running out for a small fee.

Love the Printer and prints out great photos. I would give 5 stars but have a issue with working wirelessly. Over all works Great

Very good printer. Not very easy to set up and the instructions are almost useless. I had to stumble into getting it set up.

I love this printer!! It has great features!! It will do so much!! My only problem is it’s smarter than me!! You’ll never regret buying this one!!
