I really like this printer. It was easy to set up and prints nice clear images. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Great all in one printer including FAX function. This is a replacement for my old HP 4620, which had similar features except double sided printing.

Good basic printer that should meet your needs. Though the air print option is not very reliable. The printer always needs to be restarted in order to air print

I always purchase HP printers. They are sturdy and dependable. I didn't give it 5 stars because the color cartridge dries up if you don't print in color often.

Difficulty in getting it to use the feeder to scan. It took 2 downloads from customers to get me where I needed to be. That should NOT be necessary. HP should have the information as part of the 123hp.com information. The printer takes much longer to print than my previous HP. It uses a great deal more ink than my previous printer. It took me longer to hook this printer up than it takes set up an entire computer system.

I had an old version of the iPad. I didn’t want to switch from Apple as I have several Apple products. I hate that they are expensive to replace, but they are a tool I use each day.

I've had the printer for just a couple week but it appears to be working well and receiving faxes without difficulty A huge improvement over the Epson unit I had.

I bought this just because I needed a printer and it was the only one available. Thankfully it turned out to be a really good printer glad I bought it.

It is working well and I had one before so I got the same thing again as I had no problems before.

It is very good and works as it should. Very easy to use and I use the instant ink with it and that also is good.

I like the printer but the setup is way to complicated. It too way to long and required help to finally get it accomplished.

Not all HP printers are created equally. This model works flawlessly and reliably. I highly recommend this.

I like everything about it, except the installation. There was no manual or CD. I had to try and find install instructions and ended up having to get help from the Geek Squad.

It has been working as it was said too.. Love having it.. I needed it cus I have my own business, but not always at the shop, cus i work from home also, it has been helping me alot..

Good printer, but probably won't last you 2 years. I ended up having to replace around every 15 months.

I had purchased this same printer about 1 year ago. It worked fine at the time but sat around for almost the entire year. The printer stopped scanning and printed real faint. changed the cartridges out several times with no luck. Tech support told me basically that " if you don't use it you lose it". So I bought another one with a warranty this time. So far its working fine. I try to print something once a month. Can't beat the price for what it does all-in-one.

Clean printing thus far. Scanner works great! Had to reconnect to my HP laptop a few times as it lost connection.
