It took 2 downloads from customers to get me where I needed to be. That should NOT be necessary. HP should have the information as part of the 123hp.com information. The printer takes much longer to print than my previous HP. It uses a great deal more ink than my previous printer. It took me longer to hook this printer up than it takes set up an entire computer system.

If this persist I plan to return this printer. Just got done printing 230 or so pictures from Disneyland and it took forever. But the pictures were awesome quality and the hp instant ink program is cool I do like that.

While I’m glad to hear you like your printer’s print quality and the instant ink program, I’m sorry to hear the printer is asking you to specify paper size when you’ve already done so.
