It took 2 downloads from customers to get me where I needed to be. That should NOT be necessary. HP should have the information as part of the 123hp.com information. The printer takes much longer to print than my previous HP. It uses a great deal more ink than my previous printer. It took me longer to hook this printer up than it takes set up an entire computer system.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When printing pictures it always tells me to put printer paper 5x7 or 4x6 paper In when I have 4x6 paper in and I have already chosen the 4x6 paper. If this persist I plan to return this printer. Just got done printing 230 or so pictures from Disneyland and it took forever. But the pictures were awesome quality and the hp instant ink program is cool I do like that.

While I’m glad to hear you like your printer’s print quality and the instant ink program, I’m sorry to hear the printer is asking you to specify paper size when you’ve already done so.
