    like the printer only problem was the i had to call tech to set up. couldn't do myself

    I do a lot of picture scanning and printing. This printer gave the most accurate color reproduction of the 3 or 4 printers I have used.

    Not the printer's fault, manufacturer's fault with all printers. I have purchased 5 or more printers in the past two years, no brand is seamless with wireless internet. You have to know things like they require a dual band wifi and you have to change channels. Five or more printers I tossed before I found someone knowledgeable that could keep one operating for more than a day without a reboot.

    It has been working as it was said too.. Love having it.. I needed it cus I have my own business, but not always at the shop, cus i work from home also, it has been helping me alot..

    It’s quiet and works very well. It was affordable and we looked for a long time and did a lot of price comparison to get the most for your dollar

    A little noisy, love the hp app, easy to connect to home network, doesn't appear to have a feed scan function, and no paper tray to catch printed documents.

    The printing is great, but the printer is slow to respond to a print request. Not easy to install to printer. Print cartridges are tricky to install.

    Tech support was on time and very efficient. Printer is very nice but used too much ink. Also, the cartridges are too hard to find at this time.
