The installation was so simple and being able to connect wirelessly from my phone and computer is even better. The thing that impressed me most about this printer is the quality of the photos you print. The ones I printed as practice photos look like I had them printed at a Walgreens or CVS.

Easy to use, Had a photosmart 7520, that started acting up. Rather than try to have it repaired, I decided it would be cheaper to replace. Checked out on line , and this Envy 7855 was similar and on sale. Its working out perfectly. No learning curve for my wife.

I found this printer easy to set up and very user friendly! HP has always been my favorite brand of printer. The print quality is excellent and the software for use with my computer is flawless. I highly recommend this printer.

This printer lets you print from anywhere in the house. It is very fast and clear. It is easy to print from a computer and or Mobile phone. I am happy to have the 2month replacement ink delivered right to my door when the ink gets low.

This printer does everything I need it to do and is set up for ease of knowing what to do by just touching the screen or using the computer. It hasn’t failed to accomplish all I am doing. I’ve even printed out my wedding pictures on it and am making my own Memory Book❣️

Purchased this to replace older printer. Works great, only thing I would have done differently was get the lower model that does not fax. But overall good value. I like only 2 cartridges. Also Works well with wireless, easy setup.

Fast. Clear. Haven’t figured out how to make it recognize the correct picture paper size.

It prints, copy, scans, saves documents to thumb drives, and you can send emails straight from the printer. Had to replace my old printer due to a home fire. It helped to make it simple and convenient to keep up with receipts and send them in to the insurance company.

The printer is amazing. Beautiful printing, copying, & scanning. Very easy set-up. Basically does it all itself with just a few keystrokes. If you should need help, HP is there.

So far so good....It's a very nice printer, easy setup, easy to use, very quiet compared to my last HP which was 6 years. My only issue at this time is printing envelopes. I'm sure I'll figure those out soon.

Like the small low profile style of this printer. Fits better in my home office. Good print quality & I love the smaller ink cartridges. I get black & all the colors in only 2 cartridges vs. 3 in my old printer.

This is a great printer, prints quality pictures and documents. It's nice to be able to print wireless from a computer, phone or tablet.

My 2014 purchased HP 8610 broke down recently and so I went to Best Buy and bought my HP ENVY Photo 7855. It was very easy to set-up the new printer. I like that it is far less bulky than my former printer and quite easy to use.

So far so good easy to set up and to sync to WiFi the printing I have done is clear and crisp it can also be set up with HP instant ink also has a fairly small footprint and fits nicely on a shelf underneath my desk

Easy to set-up and works just as promised. The out-of-box experience was simple. This printer is entirely assembled; set-up requires only the removal of some protective tape in a few locations and the installation of two ink cartridges (which come in the box with the printer). The only unexpected step was the new HP requirement to install an app on each device from which you want to print (including an iPhone, iPad and MacBook). I get it, everything today is app-based. But I still prefer the simpler times when devices would auto-connect to the printer and my usage habits were not being tracked and monitored. So far, this multi-function "printer" is working just as I had hoped. The big issue with any inkjet printer is ink consumption. I'll let you know how this goes after a few months.

Had an HP printer for many years and had very little problems. Needed a new printer so when to HP again. The HP guy was very helpful. Got the rebate, joined the ink program and even had the printer on sale. Prints great, color is sharp, and it was a breeze to set up!

I love that I can print from my phone in the printer even though it is downstairs and I’m upstairs

The set up was pretty easy. I love the functions of printing wirelessly from my phone and laptops. I would say it’s a medium size printer, not too small but not huge. Printing quality is good. I just use for my kids school work or emails I might need to print out.

This wireless printer works well and I like the ability to print from my phone. Only problem is that the drivers seem to need continual updates

It has worked like a dream. Easy set up. Prints from all of my devices. Photos are beautiful. Replaced my first cartridge without any problems. Grateful for the auto ink replacement program. Delivered just in time.
