Easy setup. So far I have used it as a copier and to send things along as attachments with emails. Great quality. Was able to get it on sale too.

The printer replaced an HP 6700 that needed a new printer head. The set up was reasonably easy and the performance is just what I need for my home office!

Had to get geek squad come to the house to get it working, once that was done it seems to be working well.

I purchased this ALL in printer since working from home my old printer wasn't faxing and always having a problem. This fax tells you that if you are having trouble faxing to set to slow fax speed I thought it was back when we had dial up internet, that is how slow it was faxing. Well this printer is not so simple to set up and use as other models I had over the years from HP. With this printer it's not just having your computer find device and you are connected. I have multiple computers so each one had issues with connecting to because with my Dell I had to download an app to use the scanner and printer and with my HP I had to download off of HP site. Why is it that instead of having less problems you have more in connectinga device. Then if you need technical support you will be talking to someone who is either in the Philippines or India.

I liked the simple and intuitive setup (including Wifi). Doesn't appear to suffer from slow performance via wifi compared to my other printers.

Great printer but takes up way too much ink! Easy set up.

This seems like it would be a great printer, but two weeks after purchasing it I still can't get it fully set up. It prints fine from one computer, but won't print from another PC on the same network. The installation software didn't seem to work properly, and HP phone technical support was worthless! I have a Geek Squad on-site visit scheduled to try to finally get everything working properly!

Love the HP Instant Ink program. I replaced an older HP printer because it was having compatibility issues with 64 bit programs.

This is a good printer for the price. We had a different brand before and had 2 bad printer but this is our third HP printer and we have been pleased.

I have been happy with this printer. It was reasonably priced and no issues with jamming and easy to replace the print cartridges.

Not as compact as our old copier. It appears to have more open areas than our former copier. We'll see, may have to cover it for dust control.

I'm especially loving "Instant Ink"! We always uses to run out of ink at the wrong time. Now it orders more before we even know we need it. This printer is smarter than us!
