printer works perfectly Best Buy staff was very helpful HP service desk was excellent

This was a great buy.....this printer performs just like the description states. EXCELLENT BUY! I would definitely purchase this item again.

I liked the simple and intuitive setup (including Wifi). Doesn't appear to suffer from slow performance via wifi compared to my other printers.

HP makes a very good printer. I would have rated it higher, but had to have a techy person connect it.

Gentleman was helpful and polite Had a pleasing attitude and helpful manner. Was taken care of easily after asking for a salesperson.

I hardly ever have any problems with this printer. the ink doesn't seem to last as long as they say it will, I buy the XL.

would not recommend. Printer constantly had issues, and used more ink that it should. Completely stopped working after half a year and performed poorly up till that point

Not as compact as our old copier. It appears to have more open areas than our former copier. We'll see, may have to cover it for dust control.

I bought this because it was the best value for what I needed. Old printer would not work with the windows 10 update.

I purchased this ALL in printer since working from home my old printer wasn't faxing and always having a problem. This fax tells you that if you are having trouble faxing to set to slow fax speed I thought it was back when we had dial up internet, that is how slow it was faxing. Well this printer is not so simple to set up and use as other models I had over the years from HP. With this printer it's not just having your computer find device and you are connected. I have multiple computers so each one had issues with connecting to because with my Dell I had to download an app to use the scanner and printer and with my HP I had to download off of HP site. Why is it that instead of having less problems you have more in connectinga device. Then if you need technical support you will be talking to someone who is either in the Philippines or India.

Printer works well but not very user-friendly. You need to keep telling it what tray and paper to use. I kept printing documents on photopaper.

This seems like it would be a great printer, but two weeks after purchasing it I still can't get it fully set up. It prints fine from one computer, but won't print from another PC on the same network. The installation software didn't seem to work properly, and HP phone technical support was worthless! I have a Geek Squad on-site visit scheduled to try to finally get everything working properly!

I purchased the printer strictly for photo printing, but when I realized the full capabilities of it, I was amazed. The hp ink delivery system for it is amazing as well.

Love it but most directions are online & they are confusing. My friend has an HP printer and steered me in right direction

One of the best printer you could buy in the market right now. if you are in a budget this one is the one.

I have been happy with this printer. It was reasonably priced and no issues with jamming and easy to replace the print cartridges.
