This seems like it would be a great printer, but two weeks after purchasing it I still can't get it fully set up. It prints fine from one computer, but won't print from another PC on the same network. The installation software didn't seem to work properly, and HP phone technical support was worthless! I have a Geek Squad on-site visit scheduled to try to finally get everything working properly!

I had to return the first one i purchased since it was defected. After setting up the second one I see that it works as intended.

Love it but most directions are online & they are confusing. My friend has an HP printer and steered me in right direction

I purchased this ALL in printer since working from home my old printer wasn't faxing and always having a problem. This fax tells you that if you are having trouble faxing to set to slow fax speed I thought it was back when we had dial up internet, that is how slow it was faxing. Well this printer is not so simple to set up and use as other models I had over the years from HP. With this printer it's not just having your computer find device and you are connected. I have multiple computers so each one had issues with connecting to because with my Dell I had to download an app to use the scanner and printer and with my HP I had to download off of HP site. Why is it that instead of having less problems you have more in connectinga device. Then if you need technical support you will be talking to someone who is either in the Philippines or India.

I hardly ever have any problems with this printer. the ink doesn't seem to last as long as they say it will, I buy the XL.

I was so sad I had to purchase a new printer. This one will not disappoint. I am very pleased with it.

Due to working from home, I was looking for a complete printer and after reading review about it, I decided to buy it. I am glad I did.

I have been happy with this printer. It was reasonably priced and no issues with jamming and easy to replace the print cartridges.

This is one of the best printers I have used. Having had 2 kids at one time in college, both having different printers. Really like using mine now.

Love the HP Instant Ink program. I replaced an older HP printer because it was having compatibility issues with 64 bit programs.

Disappointed that I can't get MICR ink for the computer. I use Versa check. I can't print checks on this every thing computer.

With home schooling during this pandemic, my granddaughter needed a printer for her schoolwork. This printer definitely fit the bill!
