Love all the features and especially that I can print from my phone! Photo printing is phenomenal to say the least for what this machine cost! However, the sheet feeder to scan worked only once. Fortunately, I don't scan a lot of documents so I'm going to overlook that and not return it. So I knocked it down to Average but it deserves Excellent aside from the scanning.

Seems to do tasks without any hiccups. Once comm was set up, this printer got busy.

A good basic printer but an upgrade from the model I bought 6 years ago.

Very good so far. Had trouble setting up. HP on line was unavailable when I wnted to set it up. Did it manually and that was OK.

This printer works magic. We have several printers and I like this for colorful documents and Printing pictures as well.

A simple way to print pages and photos. The tray has two levels and can accommodate both regular paper and photo paper at the same time. Very handy.

Have not enjoyed the functionality of the touch screen and the paper tray.

Fortunately the printer's quality and value outweighed the Best Buy staff's inefficiencies and less than professional conduct

I had a different printer that oten had trouble connecting with computer or loading paper. this one is a dream compared to that! Really enjoying using it.

Decent printer. Selling point was the Instant Ink subscription, which has never worked properly for me. I used their ink, but the printer would not maintain a stable connection to the online service. I have a home full of gamer children that stream and watch movies over a gigabit network that doesn't hiccup, but this printer was the exception. I think it was the site that the printer was supposed to "sync" to that was the issue or the printer itself. I ended up purchasing my own ink and canceling the Instant Ink subscription because it perpetually noted that I had printed 0 pages although my children and I have used it to print work and school documents. Like I said, the printer is okay. It's a printer that prints. The Instant Ink service is a sham and I'll never subscribe to that again.

This HP printer does most everything for you. My only recommendation would be to enlarge the quwerty keyboard so it would be easier to hit the correct keys.

This HP7855 printer was so easy to set up and connect to my IPhone and IPad. Does everything I need my printer to do.

We seem to know have issues keeping a solid wireless connection. Did not have this before. Not sure why and yea I'm fairly good at installs.

Had to use the HP Hotline to complete the installation but it has done everything I have expected it to do.

I will only buy HP printers and I am in the market for a new HP computer also so I wanted one that will have no problems with my computer when I get it

So far it’s been a great printer, no complaints overall. All I have left to do is set up the faxing capability!

Purchase process went extremely smooth and seamless. Best Buy staff could not have been more friendly and courteous.

Overall great printer. Love the auto tray holder. Color is vibrant as shown. Invest in the ink plan it's worth it with HP.

Easy to set up and easy to use. This was a replacement for one that I had just like it.

This is a great printer. I got it to replace a older printer that stopped working and this a huge improvement. The automatic ink ordering is awesome
