I love this printer. The photos come out vibrant and nice and the printer quality is great. I love that I can photos from my phone with the Hp app. I've had not problems thus far with this printer and consider it a great buy

Love this printer. It prints, scans and copies. You have the choice to print all black and white or all in color and also you can select the pages you want to print.

My daughter loves taking pictures, prints clear photos, her roommate loves it just as much!

Replaced an old Cannon with the HP-Envy Photo 7855. Printer was very easy to set up. Downloaded the hp app to my smartphone and followed the steps. We have been printing from our smartphones as well as our laptop. Documents and photographs come out great.

It has worked like a dream. Easy set up. Prints from all of my devices. Photos are beautiful. Replaced my first cartridge without any problems. Grateful for the auto ink replacement program. Delivered just in time.

This is a great printer! I bought it for my parents, they picked it out and I set it up for them. Pretty easy to set up, and I love that you can print from you phone or laptop wirelessly! It's so quick and all functions work flawlessly!

Set up was easy, and all functions work well. Have scanned, printed (including two-sided printing which worked great, BTW), and copied documents. Went with the prepaid printer ink program, and time will tell if that is the right choice or not. So far, very satisfied.

I have used my new HP-ENVY 7855 all-in-one copier/scanner for just one month and am very satisfied with results thus far. It replaces two earlier machines, it is wireless, saves space, results are high quality and product was priced right for me.

Replaced an old HP with this new one. Much higher quality printing, double sided printing (saves paper), and super easy to set up. It is also the right size to sit on my desk vs having another table for it.

I was originally planning on buying a different printer but after seeing this one and considering the price I decided to purchase the HP instead. I’m glad I did as this thing has been great so far. Really happy with the print quality and ease of use.

The printer is amazing. Beautiful printing, copying, & scanning. Very easy set-up. Basically does it all itself with just a few keystrokes. If you should need help, HP is there.

This printer was so easy to setup. I love the wireless device. My last printer was an older HP printer and I had more problems trying to print from my phone and sometimes even from my laptop. I have had no problems with this printer. Printing is so easy now.

Bought this unit as part of an entirely new system for my personnel use. I used the HP Smart app. and the set up was quite easy. I have been amazed at the quality of the photographs and the speed of copied items.

Purchased as a gift based on the fact that I own and use this model. Excellent print quality and easy set up. The only drawback is the price..I purchased mine for $100 they now cost over $200.

Very simple and easy to work with. I was recommended this printer from family members and it is worth it. The ink is cheap too. Quality is good. A lil heavy but not a con. Use it all the time for my emails or doc.

Overall the printer delivers great clear prints. The only issue I have is the wifi setup gave me problems. If the printer was left on and unused for a period of time maybe half a day or day then it would go offline and I could not print. When I contacted HP support they were no help. They said it was my wifi router but every other device I contacted to my router with was fine. I had to restart my router and printer to get it back online every time I wanted to use it. This was a pain as I have a home based business and this is very time consuming. I finally uninstalled the drivers completely from my computer and reinstalled them and everything seemed to be ok. I have not had the offline message since. The printer itself is great just HP support is not very helpful. I also love the HP instant ink program as it is a must!
