    My hp photosmart 6520 had stopped working and the Envy 7865 series was suggested, I love it. It is so much better than the old one.

    Simple operation - onscreen operations available at your finger tip. Paper easy to load. Paper jams easy to resolve.

    I find HP Printers to be the best for me. My last 4 Printers have been HP and I got 10 years out of my 6600.
