Love HP Printers!!

at first printed the test page ok

I tried change moving it to a different room to see if that helped. No then it would not boot up completely. Screen would come on the first two dots lit up then if would freeze up and the power button would not work. so i tried unplugging it and try it again the same thing. So i had to return it.

Disappointing performance and customer support

Worked perfectly when initially installed for both printing and scanning. After the first week received error message and printer stopped working. Looked at online forums to get assistance and found many HP users having the same issue and not getting resolution. Contacted HP for help, after 90 combined hold time and talking with the tech there was no resolution to my issue. This was with a MacBook Air. Fortunately was still within the window to return the printer to Best Buy. This was my second failed HP printer. Definitely swearing off of this brand.
