    Every few years I need to buy a new printer. This printer is great for copying and printing out pictures. I highly recommend it.

    I find HP Printers to be the best for me. My last 4 Printers have been HP and I got 10 years out of my 6600.

    Printer is great. But the ink runs out quickly, be aware you will be buying a lot of ink often.

    My hp photosmart 6520 had stopped working and the Envy 7865 series was suggested, I love it. It is so much better than the old one.

    Seems to complete tasks that as assigned. Ink may be expensive and we need to evaluate coverage ratios vs. ink used.

    Had the printer for 1 week. Worked perfectly when initially installed for both printing and scanning. After the first week received error message and printer stopped working. Looked at online forums to get assistance and found many HP users having the same issue and not getting resolution. Contacted HP for help, after 90 combined hold time and talking with the tech there was no resolution to my issue. This was with a MacBook Air. Fortunately was still within the window to return the printer to Best Buy. This was my second failed HP printer. Definitely swearing off of this brand.
