    Works well for most of our needs. Scans provides images that are darker than the original.

    To operate this the way it is advertised, you have to go to their website which is not how it is advertised. I should have been able to do this immediately. I didn't bother and operate from my computer. The setup guide that is enclosed is really deficient. Remember we are not all millennials and teenagers growing up with technology.

    I had lots of trouble setting it up: I had to call a neighbor to help me, and even he had trouble but he figured it out. Every so often the printer's screen shows a blue screen and i have not been able to figure out why. Other than that is OK and does the scanning and regular printing i need.

    Not very reliable- seems to print when it feels like it. The wireless operation was especially bad - had to go back to the “wired” operation. Coincidentally, a friend of ours has this model printer and also could not get the wireless mode to operate well. I miss my Canon printer that recently died.
