Set up was easy, and all functions work well. Have scanned, printed (including two-sided printing which worked great, BTW), and copied documents. Went with the prepaid printer ink program, and time will tell if that is the right choice or not. So far, very satisfied.

Nice printing for an inkjet printer. Like most the ink dries out before I the cartridge is emptied. Nice and compact. After printing approximately 200 pages, print image appears to need an alignment.

HP is always a printer I can rely on. Simple set up, and you’re on your way. Never fails.

I have not ran into an issues yet. Setup was extremely easy. It has everything imaginable. I love the 2 sided print option, save paper when ink is expensive. I've had it for a month now, haven't found any issues yet.

So far this printer is working very well. It prints good quality and it quiet. We don’t like that all the new ones are white so we really like the black.

Replaced an old HP with this new one. Much higher quality printing, double sided printing (saves paper), and super easy to set up. It is also the right size to sit on my desk vs having another table for it.

I love this! We were remodeling the room, but I finally have my printer/copier/fax machine and can print wirelessly from my computer and my phone! I was surprised how easy it was to set up.

I like this printer, easy to use, able to place about 50-75 pages in holder at one time, make sure you have space for the lid to fully open, does not work well in a small cabinet. Works very well wirelessly.

This printer was so easy to setup. I love the wireless device. My last printer was an older HP printer and I had more problems trying to print from my phone and sometimes even from my laptop. I have had no problems with this printer. Printing is so easy now.

So far this printer has exceeded expectations. Love the ability to print from anywhere using WiFi. Pictures are great and setup was a breeze. Like the ink program they offer so we’ll see how that works out over time. Thanks HP!

Easy to install. Good quality printing. Negative is low number of photos from the color cartridge which is outrageously expensive. Good for occasional document printing. Way to expensive to print photos.

Happy with this HP Printer. Easy to set up and use- allows for phone printing. Excellent photo printing and the space needed is minimal. I would purchase again and I have no problem suggesting.

The printer was easy to set up, works well. We liked the ease with which we could connect it to our wireless network. I also appreciated the guidance from BestBuy.

Overall the printer delivers great clear prints. The only issue I have is the wifi setup gave me problems. If the printer was left on and unused for a period of time maybe half a day or day then it would go offline and I could not print. When I contacted HP support they were no help. They said it was my wifi router but every other device I contacted to my router with was fine. I had to restart my router and printer to get it back online every time I wanted to use it. This was a pain as I have a home based business and this is very time consuming. I finally uninstalled the drivers completely from my computer and reinstalled them and everything seemed to be ok. I have not had the offline message since. The printer itself is great just HP support is not very helpful. I also love the HP instant ink program as it is a must!

Love my new HP Envy printer. I can print double sided in a very quick amount of time.

Our old HP died, so had to breakdown for a new one. We have been using this constantly since we bought it with zero issues. The quietness alone is fantastic, but the speed and effiency are so much better than our old HP. Kind of regretted waiting so long.
