Very happy with my new HP Printer that I purchased from Best Buy!

it has little of everything. no the best for scaring but it is good enough for my needs

This is the best all in one printer. We love the auto Hp ink refills. Great investment.

I really like the document feeder option and using the two-sided feature is really handy.

It's a really good printer which allows Insta ink to be used so you never run out of ink or over pay for ink

Really like this printer, it meets my expectations.

The printer often prints too light and with line sized gaps, which is remedied by several print tool calibration tasks, besides the obvious annoyance of this alone, using printer ink and paper to fix problems with this new ink on demand HP program is quite stupid. The all in one aspect is nice when it works.

Every employee that assisted me did an excellent job. Very professional and knowledgeable about products.

Gets jammed easily and hard to unjam. So u worry because I only get 50 sheets a month

Printer a little hard to set up.. Led display hard to understand and display invisable unless activated. Remote printing a challenge to get working.. On the positive side, text and color printing are very good... JY

Excellent choice the cost for what our business needed.

Prints great when it prints. I've had it for 3 weeks and I've had to reinstall it over and over again. Even when it's working it is really slow. My laptop tells me it can't print and then it will a minute or two later. I tried to return it but I was a day too late. I didn't realize the return was only good for 10 days. This was not a cheap printer and I am extremely disappointed. If an HP laptop that is less then a year old can't communicate with an HP printer then something is really wrong.

Not the best for quality photos. I actually purchased this printer to make photo copies from several hundred vacation photos. However, the quality was horrible, and ended up spending even more money having my photos printed at Shutterfly,

We did quite a bit of research and comparison shopping and are happy with this printer.

There is an automatic send me ink program which works. The cartridges are tiny- but they do the job.

This is a replacement for a 5 year old printer which failed.

Love it. Works great. Just wish the options for printing were more precise. Color is great

The printing quality is not what I had expected from an HP printer. The set up performed by the Geeks is not satisfactory. The printer often does not respond to the computer order to print. My daughter got it working for me, but now it is not responding again today, 5/12/21.
