    This printer replaced a HP that I had used for many years and never had a problem with it until it finally just gave up. I'm not impressed with this model as it is really hard to setup and get it to recognize my network. Not the best I've seen. I've always had HP printers and this one is just not what I expected.

    Only reliable printing it does is plain paper. The trays are poor quality and when I did have a large printing project it refused to feed paper correctly.. Customer service requires remote access which I will not authorize.. in order to receive a replacement than it will only be a refurbished model. Not worth the risk for someone else's returned printer for possibly the same reason. Do not recommend if you plan to print anything other than plain paper documents.
