I have owned many HP printers, and the wireless printing worked well. Not sure why I am struggling with this printer. It works from some of our home computers and devices, but not all. I've tried the app, etc.... If I didn't have this issue, I would rate it 5 stars.

I needed a new printer and decided on this one. The only thing I didn't like it was more complicated to setup than my Envy 7640 and had to call HP to help me. I don't understand why they have to make it difficult to set up a printer.
