    When I try to print an article off my computer or the internet, it continually wants to 'save', not print.. haven't figured out what is wrong.. havent made connections with anyone in HP printer dept.

    HP makes the worst printers/software. To be fair, it may not be the printer, but the software bugs are unbearable. This printer goes Offline everyday. It constantly tries to install it's own app which renders the printer useless. I have fought with this on a weeekly basis for almost a year and just recycled it. HP's customer service steps are even worse. It's 2020. I shouldn't have to jump through numerous hoops everytime I wnat to print. FYI - I am very computer literate. I have tried using multiple computers (both Windows & Mac) as well as both Wired & WIreless set-ups. Never works for more than a few days before the process starts all over again. I will never buy another HP product. I knew better based on prior experience and bought it anyway.
