I printed a photo and the quality was not good. I went to a local store to print my photos. I downloaded the software and I'm still having trouble accessing the scanning option from the screen on the printer. I miss my old printers! What happened to the great products that used to be produced along with great service. Is there a company out there that has both any more???

Horrible print quality after a few months...

All the ink cartridges are full, and all I get is highly faded prints. I cleaned the heads, aligned the heads, etc., several times, and the results were the same. This is very disappointing because the print quality was great when we got it, but now it's unusable. We've never had an HP printer poop the bed this quickly.

I wholly understand why this would be an unwelcome surprise after only several months of ownership and what sounds like a thorough attempt to remedy the problem. I want to help you out of this dilemma, so I’ll offer some suggestions I hope will accomplish that.
First, if you’ve not done so already, I recommend following the steps listed in a guide on our support site to improving print quality. Issues covered include faded or streaked prints, color or black ink not printing properly or at all, and blurred or fuzzy text. Find that guide here:
