This printer however has not been the best, it works but it does not stay connected wirelessly to the laptop or smartphones. You have to troubleshoot either reset the WiFi settings on the printer, unplug/plug back in the WiFi modem and printer, or turn your phone/laptop on and off. It has a sleep function I suspect this has something to do with it, as my friend has the same exact printer and has the same issues as I do always having to troubleshoot. If you want to just hit print on your device without having to spend 5-15 min troubleshooting the problem then I’d suggest choosing a different device.

It worked good enough for about 7 days. Then it crashed completely and my laptop would give me a “this printer is in an error state” every time I tried to print. I reached out to HP support, they couldn’t help me at all and there was a language barrier as well between the support associate and I. Spent 30 minutes trying to communicate with this guy and he was no help at all. Finally decided to just return this defective printer to Best Buy and made a new purchase on a different printer.
