Horrible print quality after a few months...

All the ink cartridges are full, and all I get is highly faded prints. I cleaned the heads, aligned the heads, etc., several times, and the results were the same. This is very disappointing because the print quality was great when we got it, but now it's unusable. We've never had an HP printer poop the bed this quickly.

I’m sorry to hear that your printer has started to render prints of poor quality. I wholly understand why this would be an unwelcome surprise after only several months of ownership and what sounds like a thorough attempt to remedy the problem. I want to help you out of this dilemma, so I’ll offer some suggestions I hope will accomplish that.
First, if you’ve not done so already, I recommend following the steps listed in a guide on our support site to improving print quality. Issues covered include faded or streaked prints, color or black ink not printing properly or at all, and blurred or fuzzy text. Find that guide here:

If the problem persists, I suggest that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess what’s happening and find the best course of action. To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:
- Model number
- Serial number
- Your location
- Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)
I'll also mention that HP printers have a one-year warranty from their purchase date that covers hardware as well as ink supplies, so if it comes to that, you might consider making use of it. You can verify the warranty using the following link:

Can’t get through by phone, on-line, have waited up to 35 minutes. When I‘ve gone to HP entered register product listed the printer name and number it blanks it out. Trying to do basic stuff.
