Can’t get through by phone, on-line, have waited up to 35 minutes. When I‘ve gone to HP entered register product listed the printer name and number it blanks it out. Trying to do basic stuff. Won’t work.

It uses LOTS of ink and the HP cartridges are expensive. I don't print much either but it always seem to be low on ink. When it dies I'll choose a different brand for sure.

We have never had issues before with printers. Right now it says it is out of paper but there is paper, then it just started to send out sheets with a couple of symbols that ruined the sheets. Seems like to get it to work we have to pray, sacrifice something, what ever it takes.
