    Not user friendly, would not recommend this to any of my friends to buy. I have never had as many issues with HP as I have had with this one. Still will not scan the way the old HP did.

    whIle i lIke the design of this printer, i haven't been able to connect to my computer, so i'm unable to review any pictures. I can't afford the geek squad. I'm sure once connected.

    i payed for the defective brother mfc under warranty (3rd one defective) bought above printer and had 124.00 coming back. she checked my acct and saw i had a 99.00 charge for geek squad renewal on the card. she stated oh,i have to put it on a gift card,i can't put it on your best buy cc,and you can't use it to pay on your credit card. i am a disabled 65 yoa low income individual. i now have to take money set aside for other bills to pay this. this is in violation of florida statutes crimes against the elderly,fss 825.102,abuse of the elderly and federal conspiracy statutes.

    It works sporadically. Looses connection continually. Scan to email no longer works since it was updated. When going to 123.hp it tells me this printer no longer works with that feature!!! VERY disappointed in HP.
