Have 1 complaint— photo tray has 4x6 photo paper in 4x6 tray, but when printing photos, the printer prints the photo as if it were a 5x7 paper in the tray which does not show the whole picture.

This is the worse printer I ever had. I took the advice from a very young man who said this printer can be used on any laptop I finally bought a new laptop from Best buy in September and this printer will not hook up with my new laptop. I have had many friends and people that work in the computer world and are extremely knowledgeable and said they can't figure out why this printer won't hook up with my new laptop these are both brand new items. Now I am stuck with them. I am 70 yrs old and I do not have the money to throw away on expensive electronics. I am very upset with "Best Buy" because you lied to me and sold me a bum printer and n ow I can't return it . Shame on you for taking advantage of a "Senior Citizen" who trusted your company. My family has always trusted Best Buy for they excellent service and products since they were in high school and college. My husband also bought his computer for work and same with me and now that I am retired I thought it would be nice to upgrade my electronics and I got Duped by the very company I trusted.

Hp8600 was the best but I can’t get it anymore. This copier you can not enlarge or make copies smaller. They don’t make them like they used too.

When I scanned a doc from loading tray to laptop using printer controls The scan was dark and yellow. Had to use laptop controls to get an acceptable copy to forward.

We could not set up the printer on our own. The geek person on the phone could not get in to our computer remotely. Consequently we couldn’t set up our computer or download the web root security. We scheduled to have the geek squad come to our house, however on the morning of our appointment, the gentleman called to cancel due to COVID precautions related to his daughter. We left on vacation the following day. (We bought new phones and an iPad at the same time as the printer.) Now that we’re home, all our devices seem to have issues. Since getting home, my husband did something to finally set the printer up so it works. But I’m worried we’ve been hacked. We have a gentleman scheduled to come to our home March 8th. Everyone has been kind, however I’m tired of paying money for new devices as well as 24 hour geek support and having such a mess.

I bought this printer when starting to work remotely. I like the printer but it goes through ink like crazy. Print less than 100 pages and the black ink is out.

If you're thinking to print a lot of color papers, the cartridge does not last to long, and it's very expensive, I tried the XL cartridge and I got disappointed

Overall, it’s a good printer but it uses a lot of ink. I also don’t like that all three colors are in one cartridge so you have to replace the whole cartridge.

I'm not crazy about the print, various colors out way too fast and is expensive. Get a printer with ink that lasts longer, and check the price of ink before you buy!

I had a great HP Envy printer that finally gave out. This printer was the one that two stores recommended to me. The first one did not work; the second one does not either. Help from hp is almost impossible to get with this printer. I loved my first hp envy printer. I hate this one and plan to throw it out. I am sitting here AGAIN, waiting for Geek Squad support. I do not recommend this printer.

Not the best printer in the world but it gets the job done. I just wish it had AirPrint and it would be great. The speed and quality of the print is about average.

Overall it's a good all in one printer. I would, however, recommend purchasing an extended service plan because it seems to function for just about a year.
