It’s ok. Get something else
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great printer, BUT if you link it wirelessly with your phone it will from there on always print 5x4. There is just nothing you can do but unlink it from mobile devices. For some reason it just thinks you want to print that small since you are using a mobile device. This is what HP does. You can look it up. I found out after the fact by experience

Posted .Hi, Jonathan.
Thanks for the review and the description of what you’ve experienced with your printer. While I’m glad you’re satisfied with most of its performance, I’m sorry it has resisted changing the 4-by-5-inch setting when you print from a mobile device. It’s no surprise you feel put off here. I want to help you resolve this dilemma, so I’ll provide a resource I hope will reach that end.
I can’t tell from your review why the printer has performed this way or what’s preventing the size change. I recommend that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess what’s happening and find the best course of action. To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:
- Model number
- Serial number
- Your location
- Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)

I was really disappointed to find no instructions
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When I have purchased many items of electronics in the past I at least got an instruction manual. This printer had on a few pages of small drawings with no description of how to connect and use this printer. Of course for "techies" it probably is fine. However all of us users are not techies. Now I've got to try to find someone to show me how to connect and use the printer.

Good printer for the money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This printer seems to do the trick, but it is very slow with printing. I have not had a chance to print any pictures yet, so maybe that will be a good feature of this printer.

||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Getting it to print with WiFi is virtually impossible. Basically have given up and just use a printer cable

It's okay but nothing special.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This replaced an HP 7520 all-in-one printer that I could not fix a software problem. This printer is okay but not as nice as the 7520.

Be careful.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unfortunately I will have to return this. The setup was very difficult and then I got a message that it only printed PDF files. It also would not copy. I tried everything and then contact HP support. After they tried several things to fix the problem, they said it was defective. I had had several HP printers and am disappointed with this.

Big Mistake
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. What a mistake. I had trouble since I first set it up. I continued to try to troubleshoot and work through the problems I was having. Specifically, it would not link to my computer for color printing. I could make copy colors but not print in color from the computer. And then after no more than 6 or 8 pages the ink cartridges it came with ran out. So I put new cartridges in. After no more than 8 or 10 pages it quit printing again. So time consuming and frustrating. I should have sent it back immediately. I finally give up on it. So I go on-line to process the return and now they say I'm a few days over their 15 day return dead line. Really? You think I'm going to be buying again from Best Buy? What a mistake!

DOES NOT SUPPORT LEGAL FUNCTIONALITY
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I order this printer because it was an ALL-IN-ONE with Scanning, Fax, Copy and Print. In the specification sheet online it states that it supports letter, legal and photo paper. I needed this printer to scan, copy and fax legal documents to my attorney. I received the printer, unloaded it, set it up and began scanning documents only to realize that you cannot scan, fax or copy legal documents. You can PRINT those legal documents that you personally draft but that is it. So I am very disappointed in the product. It should say specifically in the specs that it does NOT work for scanning, faxing or copying legal size documents. In all the information around the product does it state that legal documents cannot be printed, faxed or scanned. It DOES say that it support letter and legal paper. To me that was the kicker. Don't say a printer supports something when it doesn't.
