Worst Printer and Service Ever!

I add paper, change paper, check paper and again and again I get the message. I try to call HP (ha..try to fine the number) and the replace the unit after hours on the phone. The replacement finally arrives - following the erroneous instructions I LOAD THE BLACK INK CARTRIDGE (WHICH I HVE DONE 10 TIMES IN THE PAST- and a continuing error to reload the ink cartridge!!! It only goes in one way- another bad machine. BUY ANY OTHER BRAND!!!!!!

Doesn't seem to last long, pretty disappointing

After only one month of no use, it looked as though the ink was fading because the print quality was so bad. I then got new ink because I thought that was the issue. It did the exact same thing. Now it just doesn't work at all. Ill update this if I ever get it to work again

Fragile

My old one was just over one year when removing a paper jam according to their instructions damaged it. These are very fragile and I asked a repair shop about it and they said they don't even make replacement parts for them.
