My old one was just over one year when removing a paper jam according to their instructions damaged it. These are very fragile and I asked a repair shop about it and they said they don't even make replacement parts for them.

I have returned this item so many times and they all have the same problem. It's works partially from your phone and almost never from the computer. It will not print your pictures on the smaller sheets only on the 8 by 11 sheets. They need to recall these printers.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, run troubleshooter, which can't detect a problem. I'm very frustrated as I bought this HP printer because my old HP printer wouldn't stay online. Someone told me that he has had issues with HP not staying online in wireless mode.
