I have returned this item so many times and they all have the same problem. It's works partially from your phone and almost never from the computer. It will not print your pictures on the smaller sheets only on the 8 by 11 sheets. They need to recall these printers.

Printer won't stay online

I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, run troubleshooter, which can't detect a problem. I'm very frustrated as I bought this HP printer because my old HP printer wouldn't stay online. Someone told me that he has had issues with HP not staying online in wireless mode.

Not worth the money

It is so expensive and doesn't do anything more than any other printer. I found the scanning very slow and not worth it. The software was very heavily loaded and took a long time using my new computer.
