Thank God i didn't throw away my 8 year old Brother printer, i can at least print on that. Printer just wont print, no jams or anything just sits an error state. This belongs in the garbage DO NOT BUY IT!!! Buy a Brother printer instead. You know even when it did work for the 30 days i had it it always say out of paper when it wasn't like it was messing with me or something. So basically i wasted over $200 for piece of junk. Hope i help someone save their money!

Likewise, when scanning pages, it seemed to take too much time to get started and was slow to do each subsequent page. I didn't find it as easy to navigate the options either. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this product.

I can never count on it to print. Less than half of the time when we want a printout of something does it actually prints something. Our 10 year old Epson is actually more reliable than this HP thing. Scanning in documents is also a crap shoot. More often than not does it actually work. I wouldn't recommend this HP thing to any one!!!

I did 4 stars because for the money I have had cheaper that were equal to this one. That said, this All-in-One is everything you would need for light personal (or small personal business) use. Printing is fast and quite whether printing in black and white and or color. I probably would not recommend for any heavy use activity because HP ink is not cheap and if you are using color, this thing Non-Laser printer eats cartridges. This is a good thing when printing picture on actual photo paper because they come out beautiful. But for someone whose wife has a thousand printed photos; I do notice that the picture needs to be of very high resolution to come out pristine. I really enjoyed the scanning feature and printing from your mobile device (I highly recommend downloading the HP print app for your phone -very cool). All around in my opinion this is a very solid luxury printer that will do everything you want and more. Again, the amount of use will (imo) dictate your overall opinion.

The printer keeps saying it is out of paper. Did all the troubleshooting steps multiple times and still nothing. HP support was no help either. This is the second printer in 2 weeks that I will return.
