Unhappy printer choice

Ink that came with printer was not long lasting. Color ink printed 5 FIVE pages only. Black ink prinked less than 100 pages. Had to call 2 times for install help. 1st person took 1 hr and still did not work. 2nd person took 5 minutes and was fixed. He was from somewhere near Indian ocean & loved to Big game fish. Pleasant. Was to replace 7 yr old HP printer that had "dead" print heads which could not be repaired/fixed. Should have probably bought the 9025E HP printer. Have HP system. Have no problem with Best Buy- just this printer & 1st unknown person who tried to fix.

Bad printer

It did not work well and I had to call support. I was told that there was nothing wrong with it and that it was my computer. I connected another printer and haven't had any problems since. The problem was not with my computer. I waste of money.

Hate this printer

Bought as a spare printer and have hardly used it because it won't print wirelessly even though it says it's online and on the same network as the computer. ALSO keeps saying it's out of paper when it is full (can't be out of paper because It has only ever printed 16 pages in its lifetime! Keeps thanking me for installing HP ink (haven't touched them since initial install). Tried to switch to bluetooth printing since wireless doesn't work but the screen is stuck on "Bluetooth Smart is turning on" for hours! totally freezes up. have to turn off and reboot to even get signs of life. HORRIBLE experience.

bluetooth setup is not working

The colors are dull - no matter if you are printing or copying. In a copy, comparing the original to the copy it's totally obvious which one is the copy because it's so dull. I'll probably return this "photo" quality printer.
