      Hi there.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re displeased with your printer. I can wholly understand why discovering different functionality that a salesperson led you to expect would be quite a jarring surprise. I want to help you get the most from the device, so I’ll point you toward some resources aimed at making that happen.

I just looked over the user manual for your printer, and it appears that two-sided printing is possible. You can find instructions for this function on page 36 of the main user manual, which you can find by following this link:
      - www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05634824.pdf

To learn more about your printer and all its functions, you can find how-to documents, troubleshooting guides and software updates specific to this model by following this link:

If you need further assistance, I suggest that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess the situation and find a solution. I'm very sorry that you received printers without the proper cartridges. I can imagine it was quite inconvenient to have to return to the store so often. Despite the initial hiccups, however, I do hope that you still have a wonderful experience with the printer.

      Hey there,

I'm so sorry for any inconveniences encountered with the printer entering Sleep Mode and powering down. While our intention with this feature was to save on power consumption, we certainly didn't want to hinder overall usability. That said, I'd really like to help make sure that you can still make the most of your printer experience. Let's give this a try.

First off, I'd like to clarify that these Sleep Mode settings can be adjusted so your printer doesn't go idle and power down quite so quickly. You can make these adjustments by visiting the 'Sleep Mode' section on page 4 of your printer's user guide: hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05634824.pdf

For any other questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us for support. We'd love any chance to help! You can always get in touch via your preferred method at this link: hp.com/contactHP
