      Hi, Julia.

I’m sorry to hear that your printer stopped working after you’d had it only two months. It’s no surprise you’re exasperated, considering the retailer’s return period has passed. I want to help you resolve this situation, so I’ll direct you to a resource and some information I hope will accomplish that.

I can’t tell from your review what issue your printer faces or why it stopped working, so I recommend that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess the situation and find the best course of action. (Please note that because of restrictions on personal movement and workplace attendance associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, wait times for agents are longer than normal. Thanks in advance for your understanding.) To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:

      - Model number
      - Serial number
      - Your location
      - Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)

I'll also mention that HP printers have a one-year warranty from their purchase date that covers hardware as well as ink supplies, so if it comes to that, you might consider making use of it. You can verify the warranty using the following link:

      Hi there.

I’m sorry to hear that you’ve had difficulty with your printer and received off-putting news from the seller. I can understand why that would be extremely irritating, so I’ll offer some information and a resource I hope will help.

First, I’ll point out that basic support is covered for a year from a printer’s purchase date by the HP warranty. For general help troubleshooting, I recommend that you visit a page on our support site that has diagnostic tools for various issues, including setup, cartridge installation and connectivity. There you’ll also find a general-purpose tool called the HP Print and Scan Doctor. If you use Windows, the tool will help identify and guide you through solutions to a wide range of common printing and scanning issues. Visit that page here:
      - support.hp.com/us-en/topic/diagnostics

If any problem continues, I recommend that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess the situation and guide you through any applicable troubleshooting.

I'll also mention that the warranty I mentioned above covers hardware as well as ink supplies, so if it comes to that, you might consider making use of it. You can verify the warranty using the following link: support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty

      Hi, Butch.

I’m sorry to hear that your printer was difficult to set up and continues to be difficult to use. It’s easy to understand why this would be quite frustrating, especially considering that you found your previous HP printer easy to use. I want to help you have a better experience with this device from here forward, so I’ll direct you to some resources aimed at making that happen.

I can’t tell from your review whether you completed the setup and installation process, so if you still need to do that, I recommend that you follow a setup tutorial specific to your printer you can find on our support site. Regardless, to learn more about your printer and all its features – or for help solving problems – on the same page as the tutorial you can also access user manuals, troubleshooting guides, how-to documents and software updates. Do that by following this link:

      Hi, Roxy.

I’m sorry to hear you encountered paper jam problems with your printer, and that you had further difficulty returning it for a replacement. I can see how that combination would be frustrating indeed. We aim to provide a reliable experience with our products, so I’ll offer some suggestions that might help you through the life of your printer.

If you encounter paper jam errors in the future, know that these can be real or false, meaning the printer might report an error when there is no jammed paper. I recommend referencing the steps in this document to troubleshoot real as well as false paper jams:
      - support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05556825

You might also find it helpful to check out this link regarding how to best store and handle paper to avoid jams:
      - support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04518237

Another tip to help ensure effective paper feeding: Set the paper guides very precisely, giving attention to the paper height guide

If what I've mentioned doesn't seem to help, or for any other concerns, please reach out to us directly for support. We're always here and are happy to help get your printer running as it should. You can get in touch with us via your preferred method at this link: hp.com/contactHP
