Customer Ratings & Reviews

The printer was easy to use and printed quickly. The ink lasted a long time and overall the ink cost was not bad. The photographic quality was great.

Great printer. Love the scanner. I had a little trouble with scanning to my media card. I was able to email the scan instead. Quiet and easy to connect devices.

probably one if the top, easy to use, great with ink and user friendly app, all in one printer in general for the price. everything was seamless.

This is an affordable and capable printer. The print quality exceeded my expectations. It is easy to set up and even easier to use!

Love the easy to set up and has a great app for your phone. Makes printing email or documents from your phone wirelessly a breeze! Also prints front and back of paper easily

The printer is definitely an all in one. It prints pages and pictures. I can scan and fax also. I like being able to print remotely to it from my smart devices also.

Our phones & computers connected to our new printer with ease. It has been reliable & prints from anywhere in our home. Scanning is done without issues.

I was looking for a lower profile printer and this printer fits very nice where I needed it. It was easy to set up and sync with my devices.

Pleased with our choice - so far we have found it easy to use; and printed pages are clear in both black and white and color.

Great and easy to use printer. Was perfect for my needs. Setup using your phone is easy and pretty straightforward. Print is perfect. No issues so far.

Wanted for photos Was not sure this was the one. But shortage of printers to pick from. Glad we got it. Works great easy set up. Pictures print nice

This HP printer was very easy to set up. It is somewhat balky but has excellent print. Enrolled in HP instant ink program which I like. Have had no issues, was reasonable in price.

I enjoy printing photographs for myself and for other family members and this printer is easy to use and the quality of the prints is excellent. I definitely recommend this printer.

Nice looking, easy to use, compact enough that it fits almost anywhere. The family enjoys printing from their cell phone, Chrome book, or computer.

Not as easy to set up as reviews say. There is no manual with the printer- you follow pictures. Important items to know: The two ink cartridges are NOT in the box or the printer. They are in one side of the styrofoam packing. So intuitive for HP to pack the cartridges where they are not seen. I was told at Best Buy where I had to go to find out where my missing cartriges were, that you must use the ones that came with the printer originally. You cannot install the software from off the shelf cartridges. You must put in the cartridges or the intallation will terminate. You must put photo paper in the photo tray or you will not be able to print on paper. Last, you must put the photo paper in the photo tray upside down or the photo will look like a weird watercolor. I have yet to get a borderless photo to print. Day 1 with the printer and I have wasted 3 hours getting it set up.

Really good printer! Setup is easy. I am able to print from my phone with no issues. Printing photo quality is really good. No complaints.

As I mentioned above, I have not used the printer to its fullest extent. I am hopeful that it does well with printing photos as I have several to try. I am disappointed there are no written instructions included with the printer. I realize that is the norm these days but it is very helpful to me to have the instructions in print when trying something new. Instead it is now on the buyer to download the instructions and print them off (or at least sections pertaining to certain functions). But since I have signed up for the HP Instant Ink program I guess that may not prove to be such a burden ???

This printer will replace an older model. So far it has been worth the money, good quality and easy setup.

This HP 7855 is great. The set up was easy and can print from everywhere. The only drawback is always says color print not unless you change it to black and white each time.

Has done the job I've expected, great product. Love the quality and is very friendly to use, takes you by the hand where you want to go or need.
