Customer Ratings & Reviews

I love it it’s easy to use and creates excellent photos. The ink cartridges are easy to remove and replace.

It works great until the warranty runs out, and then all of a sudden I start having problems. I think this is intentional.

This is a great little printer. Prints pictures on photo paper very good. It’s easy to set up and use. Will definitely get a lot of use. Great value!

Had for a month now, ready to install and prints photos well from phone and chromebooks well. So far I'm very please

Nice printer. Easy to set up and operate. Photo quality is very good. Priced fairly at Best Buy

I use printer basically for only printing with occasional copying needs. This printer has options to add fax capability and it does do multiple page copying which has been a good add on compared to my prior unit. Was relatively easy to install, did have assist from Geek Squad on-line to properly add to my computer - operation has been good, wish touch screen was a bit more sensitive but overall am very satisfied with the unit - Best Buy assocate, Lindsey, was EXCELLENT in helping me determine what model I needed. She is my go to person every time I go to my local Best Buy store.

Ordered at store for delivery within the week, most printers were out of stock and/or on backorder...so I initially was feeling like we were settling. It arrived on the date expected, effortless wireless set up. It has the automated feeder on top, which is convenient for scanning and printing docs. We printed a larger photo for a school project, and it was surprisingly great quality! I am not able to comment on ink efficiency yet, but overall I am satisfied with the quality & value of this product!

Prints fabulous photos. Look professional. I just send them from my iPhone and pick them up at the printer!

This is a great home printer for documents and photos. I've had a few connectivity issues with it. Sometimes it goes into sleep mode and even if I wake it up, my devices won't be able to find it so I'll have to turn it off completely and then turn it back on in order to print. There was another issue where it wouldn't detect photo paper in the tray, but I unplugged it and solved the issue. They're minor inconveniences, but they're quickly solved and don't take away from the fact that it does it's job, and it does it well.

I purchased this printer primarily for its printing, copying and scanning capabilities and am very satisfied with my choice. (I have yet to set up the FAX.) The set-up routine is very straight-forward and I had no trouble accessing the WiFi and linking the printer to the desk top computer. So, far all is well! On top of its reliability and efficiency, it is a very attractive addition to the office area. I am a little worried about the efficiency of ink use its cost which yet has to be determined.

We really like this printer. It was easy to connect to our network. The print jobs look great.

I purchased this printer when my old Photosmart died. This one is not quite as vibrant but good enough for most jobs. It is VERY loud when printing - I think in part due to the tray that extends when you print. Overall - it does the job.

I have set up several HP wireless printers in the past. By far, this was the easiest and quickest to set up. We are also very happy with the print quality.

The printer is working great so far! it was easy to set up! I like that I can print from my laptop, phone, or other devices.

Enjoying the printer but the ink tank capacity seems to be lacking. Otherwise it is great, wireless is smooth, quality is great.

Very easy to set up and start using. Use for wifi printing. Does everything I need it to do!

Wonderful in every aspect, app provides wireless ease and printing capabilities from iPhones! Above all.. prints perfect photos!!

Easy hook up. Very user friendly from the app to the printer. Great photo quality. Easy to print double sided.

I really like this printer. The color print is vibrant. The size is perfect for my desk. I use it for work and for home.

watch out for the "chat" button you the set-up page. It takes you to an outside tech source that cost you $100 to have them set-up your printer when HP is free
