Excellent All-In-One Printer

So far it has been excellent. The quality of the scanner is much better than my previous all-in-one from another manufacturer. The ink is easy to replace - recommend getting the XL cartridges when you replace them as they last quite a bit longer. Set up was pretty easy, you download an app for windows or your phone from HP and you can control every feature directly from the app.

Good Print and Copy Quality

I still use my Brother for scanning because of the 11x17" capability but I will not buy another Brother printer.

High quality printer at an affordable price

Had a kind of rocky start as I found a lot of computer issues when setting it up. Computer tech guys fixed everything. Looking forward to using all the great things especially the photo resources. I am so happy to have a quality printer. This is really a step up. Now I know why I didn't like my last 2 printers! It paid to shop around & ask questions. The knowledge level of Best Buy staff made the difference-not the price! I even came back & asked more questions! Always super helpful & knowledgeable.
