watch out for the "chat" button you the set-up page. It takes you to an outside tech source that cost you $100 to have them set-up your printer when HP is free

My old printer died. This new one is very easy to use and was easy to set up.

Print quality is good, speedy and most importantly - seems to work with all of my apple and pc devices! Easy to set up.

The HP all in one works fine, HP does make a good printer/copier although the software for scanning needs a lot of work. I still use my Brother for scanning because of the 11x17" capability but I will not buy another Brother printer.

Two years later this printer is still working like a charm. I have now owned 5 HPs and all have been work horses. I print off black and white primarily, but just completed a photo exhibition which received rave reviews for the quality of the photos. I’m not printing high volume, but steady use (daily) with occasional volume (double sided). Fingers crossed with continued excellence.

I'm sure I will enjoy this printer even more as I get used to it. Had a kind of rocky start as I found a lot of computer issues when setting it up. Computer tech guys fixed everything. Looking forward to using all the great things especially the photo resources. I am so happy to have a quality printer. This is really a step up. Now I know why I didn't like my last 2 printers! It paid to shop around & ask questions. The knowledge level of Best Buy staff made the difference-not the price! I even came back & asked more questions! Always super helpful & knowledgeable.

Great All In One Printer! Easy set up, including Fax and PDF to email. All was very simple to set up and get going.

Setup was easy. Scanning and printing have worked well. I prefer HP printers all in ones over other brands!
