This was purchased by my mother in law, to replace an old one that was on the way out. I am an IT support guy for a university, so I tend to be critical about hardware that doesn't work well. I can say that this printer was a breeze to setup, and works great as a wireless device for both her Windows laptop, and her iPad. Devices that work without hassle on two different manufacturers hardware, is a pleasant surprise. Print quality is good, and relatively quick. You can also scan to either a computer or the iPad.

Envy Photo 7855 was easy to set up. It has performed as I expect it to. The wireless printing has worked excellent for me.

Great printer. Other reviews were accurate. It is a pain to install. Print quality is excellent. First ink replacement came quickly. I hope it’s just because it was the starter pack. I would recommend purchasing but don’t do the app/easy print first. Install the printer from the website then do the app on your phone or any device where the app would be needed. Once we installed from the website, everything was easy and worked well.

I found this to be the most complete printer for my purposes and set up was a breeze and printing takes only a few seconds.

I purchased this printer out of necessity as my previous one stopped working. Pros It's handling my light print work with good image easily. It's a part of the HP ink program. The pictures I printed for Holiday Cards looked great. Cons The printer does not seem to stay connected to my devices as tall times. Using the photo paper drawer is harder than it should be. The paper is not recognized until multiple adjustments.

Two years later this printer is still working like a charm. I have now owned 5 HPs and all have been work horses. I print off black and white primarily, but just completed a photo exhibition which received rave reviews for the quality of the photos. I’m not printing high volume, but steady use (daily) with occasional volume (double sided). Fingers crossed with continued excellence.

Salesman was thorough on different printers available. This printer was easy to setup. Has an app for phones and pads. Print quality is very good

Easy to set up and even easier to use! Quality printer without breaking the bank. It is a bulky printer but it fits nicely in my home office.

Bought this printer to replace an older Hp printer. It was easy to install, the quality of the printing as well as photos is excellent. A very good printer for the price. I didn't give it 5 stars because the printer sounds loud when printing compared to other HP printers I have owned and the scanner goes offline frequently requiring you to power the printer off and restarting but it's still a great printer
