Customer Ratings & Reviews

Great printer. Other reviews were accurate. It is a pain to install. Print quality is excellent. First ink replacement came quickly. I hope it’s just because it was the starter pack. I would recommend purchasing but don’t do the app/easy print first. Install the printer from the website then do the app on your phone or any device where the app would be needed. Once we installed from the website, everything was easy and worked well.

I really like this printer. It was fairly easy to set up except that I forgot to place my laptop on wifi instead of being on LTE. I have 5 different pieces of equipment that I use to print with and all except my chromebook matched up well. I haven't had an opportunity to observe have how the photo turn out, just document. Mostly I like the HP program for selling ink and keeping it available. Thanks

This printer was very easy to setup and connect to my WiFi. It prints pretty fast and doesn’t take up a lot of space.

I have had many different printers and this one was easy to set up and works great. It prints quickly and clearly.

Have had the same one before. Like the ease of use and good and picture quality.

It’s so efficient, I can print from the comfort of my phone and the quality of the print is phenomenal.

This printer is so easy to set up and the photo printing quality is awesome! I used it with my smartphone and it was a breeze.

This printer does everything my older printer did, but better and Faster! And the HP ink program that comes with it is INGENIOUS! This printer knows when it’s running low and Automatically order another set of ink cartridges for FREE at first, then for an incredibly low price, you continue the program for a small monthly fee that, to me, seems like HP would LOSE money on how cheap it it!

Great printer for the price. Photo colors are very good. Easy to set-up and use.

I purchased this printer out of necessity as my previous one stopped working. Pros It's handling my light print work with good image easily. It's a part of the HP ink program. The pictures I printed for Holiday Cards looked great. Cons The printer does not seem to stay connected to my devices as tall times. Using the photo paper drawer is harder than it should be. The paper is not recognized until multiple adjustments.

Good printer for the price. Had no problems printing from my cellphone, iPad, or desktop. Instant Ink program seems to be a good deal.

It prints very fast. Its easy to setup for wireless printing. I spent less than $150 and get these bells and whistles is nice

Footprint is more than acceptable Setup simple Print is quick with excellent quality

Easy to use printer. Easy interface with all the new technology like apple print and how it pairs with google.

Having a wireless printer with the option to use a printer cable was a great purchase. This is my second HP printer. My older HP printer was great but I needed a wireless printer. My office is upstairs but I can print from anywhere in my home. I also like that there is a “paper catcher” that comes out automatically when printing. I prefer to print photos at a drug store.

Setting up the HP Envy Photo 7855 was simple and quick. Easy WiFi usage from both my desktop and cell phone. Very happy so far.

Replaced Envy 7640 with this printer. Easy setup and connecting to WiFi. Printer works great and is a lot quieter than the old one.

Easy installation and great quality print. I was concerned about the size being too bulky but it's a perfect fit for our office.

I love this printer and scanner. It is easy to use and the pictures print out brilliantly. Grest purchase.

Great product. Has all the features I need for my home office. Easy to use and affordable price
