The ink cartridge gets stuck It not what I expected for a printer that cost as much. HP have been assisting me several times. I am taking it back I am glad I bought the Geek Quad Protection Plan.

This printer meets our needs!

We needed something simple and intuitive to use and so far we are quite satisfied. We bought it based on the research of a dear niece who promised we would be satisfied, and we are! We haven't printed photos yet, but look forward to doing so soon. (Geek Squad installed it for us. Very pleased.)

Big but very useful!

The main reason I went with this one is because of HP Instant Ink. The value in that to me is extremely worth it. The quality of the pictures are outstanding. The scanner does a great job. Totally wireless. It also has its own tray inside just for 4x6 paper. Love that! No need to swap out 8x11 anymore. I just wish the form factor was a little smaller. Its a good size machine.
