This HP Envy 7866 is the best I’ve ever used! It prints in color, in black and white, air prints, prints double-sided and does it all flawlessly. When my former printer began malfunctioning after four years of printing documents, letters, etc. I was delighted to find out I did not have to get a different model. So, this is my second printer of the same model, and I am thrilled!

I bought my printer on a sale and what a great price. Well worth it. Started off having ink issues, but after replacing with new cartridges the quality was much better. I have not tested the photo option yet. The biggest disappointment is the selection window is small. This unit has plenty of space to design a larger window. Overall the quality and workmanship of the printer is very good and I am very happy with it.

We had purchased two printers online and both were defective. We decided we needed assistance and advice on the best printer for our home office needs. The young man at Best Buy was patient and knowledgeable. He also compared prices for us. The price of the printer at Best Buy was almost fifty percent lower than the same product on Amazon. The HP Envy was easy to set up and use and we are very satisfied with both the printer and the service we received at Best Buy.

This was an easy setup for our desktop and laptop. It prints quickly and is just right for an in home printer.

Works as advertised, the first few copies were a bit noisy but that worked itself out. This unit is more compact than my old one but offers the same features. Set up was a little cumbersome but if a neophile such as myself can do it.... Hadn't shopped at Best Buy in some time, that will change now. On line order and pick up was flawless, ability to return old printer to them for recycle was commendable.

Came into the store expecting to buy a cheaper printer, ended uop getting this one which was a bit more pricier, but well worth it. Other than opening the first one up and it all being in Spanish lol. I tried to reset it but it didn't work, took it back the next day and they pulled another right off of the shelf in English. Had a good laugh ever since, and has phenomenal picture quality and fast printing. I even bought the instant ink so nice not to go and buy ink from the store when i need it the most.

Easy setup and works great. Once you setup wireless works with all devices easily even phone.

It’s a 4 in 1, and does everything it’s supposed to do. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 is because for some reason when I connect it to WiFi, It disables the WiFi. I have to connect it via Ethernet.
